Lovely room and very friendly staff, all were very professional. Location was excellent. The roof top hydro-therapy tubs( one was hot the other was cool so you had a choice) were great at the end of the day and the view from them was spectacular.

Very clean and spacious room. Facilities excellent and everything was catered for. Staff so helpful- we arrived early and thought we would not be able to book in however staff were very accommodating and we were booked in straight away. The metro and train station are so accessible right underneath the hotel so makes for onward travel very easy.

DONT get the apartment, this is not part of the hotel, it is a building on the other side of the hotel (not really secured as a hotel) not a single security or a doorman at the door. Also I have asked to change for two rooms in the hotel, the receptionist asked her manager which was named (Braym) was very rude in his reply and said NO without any explanation didn’t even bother to apology for the inconvenience. I put (don’t disturb sign) at the door and at 11:02 someone knock the doors like a police and asked when I should leave, I said I need a 30 minutes she was upset and she did it as a favor. Really the worst hotel ever, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, same price try ARTS hotel, much better hotel and you get the treat of a real 5 stars hotel.

Cleanliness, neatness, window coverings achieved total block of light good for sleep. Kept our luggage after checking out. Sense of safety with card access to the Hotel entrance and elevator.
