The Alhambra and Generalife deserve a full day. However summer heat may not allow. Book the tickets in advance from the official website. We used our passports as identification and they were scanned instead of tickets very handy.
Monasterio de San Jerónimo, is a site to visit if you like Spanish churches which is off the central area.

We loved everything about Granada - the city, cathedral, churches, festivals, dancing in the squares in the evenings, the Alhambra tour, the ice creams etc. Taxi fare from airport was less than 30 Euros and taxis around the city very reasonable at 5-10 Euros. Food, win and coffee very reasonably priced. Sunset over the Alhambra viewed from a bar/restaurant in Albaicin is a must, as is the iconic Alhambra Palace and Gardens tour - mind blowingly beautiful. We could have stayed for a week instead of 3 days. Boutique Hotel Luna was fabulous.

The Alhambra is spectacular, we spent the day there and then wandered down to the old town which was incredible!
We went for a drink and were served the most incredible tapas, all for such good value.

Loved Granada, a very interesting and beautiful city.
Loved Granada, a very interesting and beautiful city. I loved the multi cultures visiting the city, it had a lovely vibe.
We spent 7 days there, which included 2 trips ( Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada) both were excellent.
I think 7 days was probably too long for us to be in a hotel in one location, and we would have benefitted from staying in a other location
Good location to explore Granada and visit Alhambra. 15 minutes walk to the old city with plenty of nice restaurants.
Staff are great and helpful
The pool is the best thing about the hotel.
Breakfast is very good too.
We booked two executive rooms for three nights but there was nothing special about them very basic . They were overlooking another building, so no view and no complimentary tea, just an espresso machine which was not even replenished !
Great location, central to all the sights, easy access bus routes, close to Albaicin, good restaurants. Rooms were roomy, AC, double glazed, so no noise disruption. Bed was super comfy. Shower good. Breakfast fab, amazing breakfast area with lots of character. Reception really helpful and friendly and available 24hr. Really nice boutique hotel, there for 3 nights and had a perfect stop in Granada.
I'm a repeat guest in this small but friendly hotel. The staff are always the best. Location is perfect. In the ground floor there's a small restaurant that serves killer Argentine meals. I will continue to use this little hotel in my future trips to Granada. I feel at home.
Beautiful apartment in historical building just minutes to all the sites of Granada. Neighbourhood was extremely quiet and very safe. Owners and staff were delightful and suggestions for sites and restaurants brilliant. Best stay we had in Spain.
Wow! What an apartment. It's like staying in the suite of a 5 star hotel. All the furniture and fittings are high end and appear brand new! Best apartment I've stayed in. Great location too. Fully recommended.
