The Alhambra is well worth visiting but seeing it from the city at sunset is also majical.

We stayed for one night as we were traveling from Nerja for a visit to Granada. It was a great visit, we did a e bike tour of the city which showed us most of the city and the architecture and some great view from high up. Granada is a vibrant place with lots of places to eat and relax. We truly enjoyed everything about it.

Main point of visit was to go to Alhambra which we booked in advance. Arrived day before via Alsa bus from Malaga airport. Journey 1.75 hours. Alhambra visit was around 2 hours and was great. There was also a festival on in Granada (Corpus Cristi) which we didn't know in advance, but was a great bonus to watch. Ladies in Flamenco outfits everywhere which was amazing to see. The fiesta was also at an area near the bus station. People on horses everywhere - amazing to see (and all free). Granada city itself is lovely. Beautiful cathedral, Caves to visit, tapas bars where you buy a drink and get a tapa thrown in. Flamenco shows. It was hot (38 degrees) so need a hat and walk slowly. We walked miles - a lot of it pedestrianised.

This was our second trip to Granada, but it won't be our last. In addition to the obvious attraction of the Alhambra, the City has plenty more to offer. It is vibrant and energetic with a great vibe

Granda is a beautiful city.
Granda is a beautiful city. Besides the obvious Alhambra visit, there are many hidden gems you need to visit, like the Basílica de San Juan de Dios, one of the most important works of Baroque architecture in Granada

Granada beautiful city.
Granada beautiful city.
We stayed 6 nights which was too long but just made it a more relaxing part of our trip.
Excellent base to explore if you have a car.
We went to the coast & for a walk in Sierra Nevada.
So many excellent restaurants & bars & historic places to explore.
We walked everywhere when exploring the city.
Highly recommend Alhambra.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Lovely boutique hotel in centre of Granada - hiking distance to old neighbourhood, souk and shopping area. Bus for Alhambra leaves every 10m around the corner. Really spacious rooms, very clean, decorated with attention to detail. Bathroom is very clean and during our stay they had already cleaned the room during our breakfast so as not to bother us the rest of the day . Staff is very friendly and gives loads of tips for what to see, where to eat (even our next destination). Best breakfast I have had ever in a hotel (and i have seen a few)!
Set in a building from the 16th century, the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The decor was traditional and opulent but not over the top and very comfortable. I was impressed with little touches like the complimentary bottle of cava in my room, the helpfulness of the front desk staff (especially Alejandro, Fernando and Laura) and the complimentary happy hour served in the grand central courtyard. The location was also great: near everything but still tucked away. As an affordable three-star hotel, Hotel Casa 1800 Granada way overdelivers.
The rooms were well appointed and have recently been renovated. Beds were comfortable, A/C great, showers hot. The hotel breakfasts were the best we had in Spain. The front desk people were very helpful with recommendations and dinner reservations. Location was near everything we wanted to see. We walked everywhere. Highly recommend this property. We had the junior suite which was roomy and allowed us space to visit with our adult son (who was in a twin room.)
the best accommodations!!! we stayed while we traveled through Spain. spacious, clean, and in the middle of plaza nueva. The shower was amazing e weird the walls to take away for easy cleaning. king size bed 💕
A great feature is the keyless entrance. 💕A little confusing in the beginning because we were too early , but it was an easy fix - the office is just 100 meters away
The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that guests are welcome to the entire city, not just the hotel. We so appreciated the detailed map to sites and recommended restaurants (Cafeteria D’sana was the best breakfast we’ve had in all of Spain), and the great help getting to the train station in the rain. We plan to return and stay longer than our 3 night visit this time.
Everything every single detail is amazing.
The hotel is too clean too elegant. The maintenance is amazing. The honer is sweeter than honey.
The food is good.
The design is very very beautiful.
Available parkings.
Service is 100/10.
The kitchen is like home... what else is better than home I can say it is peace, love and home.
Thank you all from Dubai to the heart of Spain.
I was surprised how much I enjoyed my stay. I usually just cone and go from my hotel because I prefer to be out sightseeing, but on our last morning I chove to just stay in the room, stroll down for the delicious breakfast and relaxed some more in the comfortable room before finally checking out. I will definitely look to stay at their other hotels in Spain.
Staying here was the highlight of our trip. We received useful and detailed information from the hosts, the room was perfect, and breakfast was outstanding. This small boutique hotel has an exotic aura reminiscent of Granada's past, while it also made us feel truly at home. We made use of the parking space close by, which was spacious and easy to find.
I'm a repeat guest in this small but friendly hotel. The staff are always the best. Location is perfect. In the ground floor there's a small restaurant that serves killer Argentine meals. I will continue to use this little hotel in my future trips to Granada. I feel at home.
The location of the property is clearly privileged. It enjoys one of the best views of Granada and the architecture and climate that you breathe inside the hotel seems to take you back to the time of the sultans ….
I like everything about Exe Triunfo Granada especially staff that they give nothing less that their very best at their job and make you feel so welcome in this charming, well located and comfortable hotel.
The hotel was lovely, well maintained, and the views throughout captured the city center from high up on the hillside. The location was less than 10 min walk to Lahambra, a must visit for Granada.
One of the best hotel that i stayed. You got the luxury of a 5 star hotel with friction of the cost. They even have a mirror ın the bathroom that you can watch youtube :) very friendly employees.
excellent hotel. One of the best we stayed in spain. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were massive and very very comfortable. location is top notch. Had a super experience.
Great Location, super friendly and responsive host, huge apartment, laundry in the kitchen. Cheapest and nicest place we stayed in in all of Spain. Excellent
