We upgraded to a suite for 35€ per night which gives you access to the hotel parking (local car park 17€ per night) we also got cava and fruit delivered to our room.
All of the staff were pleasant and friendly. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless.
We left some belongings in the wardrobe when we left. I contacted the hotel and said if I arranged a courier to collect they would package the items for me. I arranged it and received the package the next day.
All in all a great hotel and would be happy to return.

It was a convenient place to stay for the purpose of my visit - to visit the "grave of the man who never was". The area itself is not somewhere I'd normally like to visit.

This is arguably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
As advertised on booking.com it shows that the hotel has a parking. I have booked this hotel specifically for that reason as to not have a hassle with the car. Upon receiving an email that the parking needs to be reserved I have called the hotel and they informed me that there is no parking, they do not have a parking and that I should simply drive around and find a parking. This is false advertisement from the hotel and should be removed from booking.com. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. In the end, I had to find my own parking.
I have asked them on the phone to cancel the booking and they simply said; You need to contact booking.com, this is not our problem. I have booked the hotel initially for 100 euro including breakfast, upon paying it stated the price changed to 114 euro. No big deal, I paid it. To my surprise, I found out at the hotel that suddenly the breakfast was not included. A total scam!
To add insult to injury, the hotel smells horrible and is masked by some parfum which is everywhere. The drainage you can smell in your room and on the hallways. It is not clean at all.
Absolutely terrible experience and I would advice everyone to avoid this place at all cost.

Brilliant location of hotel, a few minutes walk from the train station, as well as a few minutes lovely walk to the main square. The staff were very helpful, the bed comfortable and a powerful shower.
