Booked as a last minute break and wasn’t expecting much from a 2* hotel but we were amazed with this hotel. Fantastic location. Room was cleaned daily. Even a nice touch to be greeted with free drinks and snacks in our room. Electronic entry system with individual code PIN codes. In my opinion this deserves a higher rating.

This is an amazing resort which we have been too many times.
This is an amazing resort which we have been too many times. There is so much to see and do and so easy to walk as it is flat. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants and very good bakeries. Transport is easy and cheap within the town and to other places. The beach is clean and sandy and stretches for miles. It is all kept in good order. The market on Tuesday is great for value but there are many good value shops. A great place for walking for retired people and the climate amazing.

Fuengirola is a bustling town.
Fuengirola is a bustling town. Nice old town with restaurants. Beaches very close by although they are not the fine sand type. Sea front at parts is a bit tacky and very commercialised. Other parts of Spain such as Mijas are much nicer.

Very built up area but had everything you need.
Very built up area but had everything you need. Long Promenade with lovely sandy beach. Buses were great - cheap and clean. Lots of different bars & restaurants to choose from. Prices very good. Nice walk to the Castle (free entry). Recommend The Lotus Steak restaurant! Day trip to Benalmadena via the Ferry is a good way of getting out & about. Sunday market and a very large market every Tuesday in the town centre (which was a fair walk from The Veramar Aparthotel).
Beautiful hotel - worth the 4 stars.
Very clean
Pool area was lovely
Drinks and lunch at beach club pool bar were great
Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from.

Lovely view of the sea.
Right at the end of the beach promenade but I enjoyed the 25/30min walk in and only 7 euros to get back.
My first time in fuengirola and I definitely be back.
Stayed there previously so knew what to expect. The rooms (sea view) are very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We had a double balcony facing the sea which was a view to admire first thing in the morning. Breakfast on the balcony. The beach opposite the hotel/apartments I consider to be the best in Fuengirola. (see the view from our room below)
Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable and secure. I did not hear any noise from adjacent apartments. Staff were excellent, particularly Reception and Housekeeping. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Hotel is in a quiet location, a few minutes walk from large shopping mall but we took a taxi to get into centre of Fuengirola.
Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Spa very well equipped, Spa including for treatments highly recommend. Hotel very well maintained. Clean etc. Food good standard, lots of choice with various restaurants and buffets and bars. Ideal location for the beach ,short walk to Fuengirola. Free parking etc

Cleaning better than most in Fuengirola
Induction cooker, kitchen utensils (colander etc)
Excellent location in the centre of Fuengirola. The food and staff were superb and our room and the rest of the hotel was beautifully maintained and clean, Would recommend this to any one who is looking for value for money accommodation in Fuengirola
The hotels location was superb with views over the harbour and along the coast in both directions. A 5-minute stroll takes you to the train station which connects Fuengirola to Malaga and all the coastal towns and resorts in between.
Great location, nice and cozy rooms, the rooms with sea view have a really panorama to the sea. It is recommended if you want to stay Fuengirola's centre. Quick response from the hotel if you have any question prior to arrival.
