Really nice hotel with excellent diverse breakfast, with home-made cakes and fresh orange juice. A really nice beach, with palm trees is 10 min away. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel if u want to stay in Arenal.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional value for money at this hotel. Despite being a 3-star establishment, it surpassed my expectations. While it's important to adjust expectations based on the hotel's rating, this establishment went above and beyond. I booked the most basic room and was delighted to be given a sea view. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were more than satisfactory, with a delightful array of delicious dishes, desserts, and the option of wine or beer with dinner. Overall, I left feeling very content with my experience!

I would advise to start going from Mid May as we had bad weather the first three days of our holiday.

It's a party resort, we've been before in 2019, but it's lovely,they are doing lots of work to improve the area. It's close to Palma and has amazing beaches.That stretch of the coat is popular with Germans but makes it a great atmosphere. It's not a pretty resort but walks and bike rides along the coast are great.

Nice cheap and cheerful Hotel...stayed before on several occasions ..does what it says on the Tin...nothing special, but clean tidy and helpful staff,......and wine from the bar OK for just 2 euros :)...my 2 year old grandson had no complaints :)...beach just 15 mins walk away for his little legs, but loved it.

There were plenty of places to eat and have coffee, the back streets were a bit rough looking but the promenade along the front was lovely.
The food was not very cheap but not too expensive either if you chose carefully where you eat.
All the staff at the coffee bars were friendly and not too pushy especially the 'Salsa' bar which had an hours free salsa dancing lessons on Saturday.
It was only a 20 minute bus ride into Palma (on the express bus) and only 2 euros. The buses seemed to run quite late. Palma is a beautiful town but I'm glad we stayed out at El Arenal which had all the facilities but was a little quieter.
I can imaging the beach in the warmer weather would be really nice.

The area around the hotel compared to nearby areas were not as clean and friendly. Of an evening you are constantly hounding with drugs sales and men walking alone are handed leaflets for a nearby brothel. In my personal experience i couldnt go back to this location because of this.

All inclusive terrible as was not worth it , line to get water was impossible in the evening only one bar open they should have water and soft drinks on the side I am non drinker and wait for water 30 min it’s a no no , I was buying drinks and coffee in local shops , food was really bad too I never had as bad experience like this one
It's a really nice hotel with competitive prices. We enjoyed the location, being close to public transport (both city and intercity lines) making it easy to get to Palma without worry of renting a car, and only a few blocks from the great beach of Arenal. We spent a week in the hotel, during this time breakfast and dinner buffet menu was varied enough, we always had what to choose from. The room had all needed amenities, and featured a nice view to Palma Bay.
The hotel holds very good quality for providing services for customers. There is a good possibility to get 4 stars, but the comfortability of accomodation is necessary need to be introduced. Especially hair dryers and better beds. All the staff very very friendly, nice and very informative and helpful. Dining at a professional level, always very clean tables and tablecloths. Special thanks goes to the tall, thin chef who is a master of his art.
Experience with hotel was better than i expected. Big rooms, clean, good breakfast, ok pool, rooms were quiet for El Arenal.
I was stuck in the middle of island in the night and staff helped me to get a taxi to get back to hotel. Thank you! Will stay again!
The hotel itself is a great place to spend vaccation, including wonderfull breakfasts in beautifull located rooms with a little private galery in the hallway. the cleaning servis was amazing, always done on a great level with very friendly staff.
The room was clean and fresh and decent size. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient and the price was good. Facilities were as expected within the hotel so all in all a good trip.
Just perfect for my needs, felt like a little home for the week. Well needed shady pool because when it's 35° it's hard to get out of the heat in el arenal so this was perfect and nice and cool.
Friendly staff & good location. Good for bus service. I didn’t use the pool this time as it was often used by noisy other tourists staying at the hotel. I decided to swim in the sea instead.
Food was really tasty, I assume best part of our stay. Bus stop to Palma and to the airport just in front of the hotel. Our children liked chickens in the forest across the street.
The hotel is very nice and the receptionist was really kind and helpful. It has air con everywhere which is essential in summer there. The pool is also a nice place to chill.
This is a “party” hotel for young people. Our next room neighbours were drinking , singing , listening loud music till dawn hours. Hotel’s neighborhood is a party area 24/7.
Lady Amparo who was serving drinks at a bar or dinner was the only one nice thing about this hotel always with a smile and nice energy,thank you for that.
