We stayed in this hotel from wednesday-today saturday.
We are sorry to have to give you this feedback but this was the worst hotel stay we had ever. And we are travelers around the world.
Thia is the list of things that we found very unprofessional, disturbing and just unpleasant.
The service at the hotel was incredibly slow and unprofessional.
When we were supposed to enjoy breakfast and dinner everything was chaos and very loud. We became so stressed everytime we where going to eat.
The food was under all criticism. It was really bad quality and no flavors at all, as well as undercooked bacon. This opinion comes from a former chef with 20 years from the industry.
Because of this we didnt eat dinner the rest of the stay.
The first day when we arrived we were supposed to have snack on the 2 floor and we didnt get the information that we were supposed to give a chef the ticket so we where sitting there for 45 min waiting. After that he came up and fixed some pizza slices and made us come up to the bar and get them even though where the only ones there. That felt like a joke.
The shower in our room had almost no water presaure and while we were in the shower the temperature changed every 20 seconds so we burned our faces as well as it suddenly was very cold.
On the pictures of the hotel there is sun at the pool, so i got the impression of us being able to get a tan from after breakfast, this was not poasible because the sun came so much later in the afternoon.
A couple of the mornings we have been waking up at 07.15 of some of the workers at the hotel screaming and talking very loud by the pool. Waking us up early when we are on vacation and want to sleep in. I had to literally go out to the balcony and ask him to stop screaming.
To sum it up we feel that everything on the website is false advertising.
We would greatly appreciate if you reimburse us for our stay, we have not given our review yet.

The breakfast is not bed, i personally as a vegetarian had something to eat, not million of things, but still.
I never tried the pools, because the access to them was closed at the rainy day and then just didn't have time or motivation.
Then place is really close to the beach, but not on the first line, so there is no view, but it is ok as a value for money.

Full of shops and restaurants, so it's a nice walk.
I would advise to start going from Mid May as we had bad weather the first three days of our holiday.
Cafe del Sol restaurant, 1955 restaurant and Torrero Restaurant are absolutely great!

It's a party resort, we've been before in 2019, but it's lovely,they are doing lots of work to improve the area. It's close to Palma and has amazing beaches.That stretch of the coat is popular with Germans but makes it a great atmosphere. It's not a pretty resort but walks and bike rides along the coast are great.

Nice cheap and cheerful Hotel...stayed before on several occasions ..does what it says on the Tin...nothing special, but clean tidy and helpful staff,......and wine from the bar OK for just 2 euros :)...my 2 year old grandson had no complaints :)...beach just 15 mins walk away for his little legs, but loved it.

There were plenty of places to eat and have coffee, the back streets were a bit rough looking but the promenade along the front was lovely.
The food was not very cheap but not too expensive either if you chose carefully where you eat.
All the staff at the coffee bars were friendly and not too pushy especially the 'Salsa' bar which had an hours free salsa dancing lessons on Saturday.
It was only a 20 minute bus ride into Palma (on the express bus) and only 2 euros. The buses seemed to run quite late. Palma is a beautiful town but I'm glad we stayed out at El Arenal which had all the facilities but was a little quieter.
I can imaging the beach in the warmer weather would be really nice.

The area around the hotel compared to nearby areas were not as clean and friendly. Of an evening you are constantly hounding with drugs sales and men walking alone are handed leaflets for a nearby brothel. In my personal experience i couldnt go back to this location because of this.
We had a delightful stay at Garau Petit Hotel. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The staff are warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and close to various local attractions and restaurants. Overall, Garau Petit Hotel is a little gem, offering great value.
I liked the location as not far from beach, the airport and the centre of Palma. Cheap than other hotels on this area, staff were also friendly and had all facilities what a hotel can have.Kr Good service and atmosphere, The staff at this hotel were helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
Very nice sweet hotel to stay with friends. It s not so far away from ballerman 6 and you have a Lidl within 2 minutes footwalk. Price was acceptable. But they should mention that there are two house in that hotel and the pool is only in the prime house.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Kebab shops and other necessary shops are completely nearby. The breakfast was quite tasty, although there was not too much choice.
