The check-in staff was helpful. It was easy enough to get to by taxi. The room was a fair enough size. The bed was magnificent, large, and comfortable. The curtains blocked out the sun really well. The bathroom had everything necessary. The breakfast staff were really helpful. The check-out desk staff was wonderful.

Despite, or perhaps, because of, the dreadful weather, the exterior of the hotel was very welcoming and attractive. Inside, everything was scrupulously clean and the decor was just right for the style of building. The room was a little small, but warm and comfortable.
The hotel is within easy reach of a number of good-looking restaurants (although most were closed the night we were there) and a short walk from the embalse (reservoir) and tracks up into the high hills.
The breakfast was generous compared with many similar places, and good value.

The main staff we came across were pleasant and accommodating, especially at the reception desk and at the hotel café/ bar. Our room was good overall and the bed very comfortable. There were some pleasant general, social areas in the hotel. Overall the hotel had a slightly older-fashioned style, which we enjoyed. The location was good in enabling us to easily get a bus into Madrid.

Wonderful dog friendly hotel on the route from Santander to Almeria. Great facilities for the dogs and an excellent restaurant for us. Close to the main autoroutes. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed there one night after a wedding in Collado Villalba, the hotel was good as expected, nothing more or less.
Breakfast was good, you can choose a table both inside and outside.
Everything. The size of the room was big enough, bed was extra comfortable, bathroom was amazing. The hotel if perfectly located to communicate with the major roads there.
