The staff are very kind! Very loud, rowdy young British tourists woke me up on the first night at 4am, it was a true nightmare. So I asked to change floors to get away from these people, and the staff were helpful and moved me to another room on the top floor. The rooms are clean and there is a safe to put your stuff. If it wasn't for these disrespectful tourists, the area itself near Park Guell is very calm. There is a rooftop pool and a great view, but I didn't get to use the pool because (again) of this rowdy bunch who took over all the space.

location is a bit far out, it's about half hour to centre on train, but can be done on one train line which is simple. Staff were super friendly, wifi worked but could be a bit better as i was trying to send some large files for work and it was a bit slow... i loved the rooms, very stylish and clean. It was mostly quiet, the air con made a bit of noise so I chose not to have that on over night, perhaps there is a better setting though so it's not so loud!

After that, Informing hotel staff has neither provided support in showing us CCTV camera nor they have provided prompt support to Police to which we filled the complaint on the same day. Our many valuable theft due to Hotel's 0 proof and pathetic security system. We lost money, mobile phones, keys, bank cards of my Wife's purse bag. I will definitely NOT recommend anyone checking into this hotel and I will ensure your hotel get some action from Spain government. We suspect Hotel staff is also involved in this kind of robbery plotted by Tax+Hotel staff.

The rooms were small but contained everything one could want for a short stay. they had been recently renovated. The remote checkin process went smoothly once i figured out without the instructions but might be a bit much for a non-technical or older person. Make sure your phone is charge to get you in the front door and room. Once in there is the typical hotel room key card but you still need to get in the front door. Remeber the code for the backup system if you don't have a charged bluetooth phone.
Stayed at HEY ROOMS in Barcelona from Fri-Mon. Non-smoking room reeked of tobacco smoke, no replacement available. Staff suggested waiting until Monday for a solution. Room otherwise clean but unsuitable due to smoke. Common areas smelled too, indicating a recurring issue. Facility stopped communication, no solution or discount offered. Ruined our Barcelona trip. Avoid if you're a non-smoker - it was a nightmare to stay there.
Our room was comfortable however the bed could have been softer. The bathroom was quite clean and our room was very spacious. Overall the hotel is old but the rooms are good to go. You can easily check in and check out since there is always someone at the reception. We didn't try the breakfast. Unfortunately, the pool was closed by the time we stayed but it seemed clean and big enough for this hotel.

Lovely place in a quiet suburb of Barcelona. Barcelona downtown is reached just in 10 to 12 minutes. The hotels staff and the pool made our stay very comfortable. Oh, one more thing, must book it with breakfast. The restaurant service and the breakfast itself was just hearty and yummy.
The hotel had a big room with TV and Refrigerator, the bathroom was clean and the wifi worked well. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of food and fruit. There is a swimming pool which is included in the price, that was really nice.

The location is not so far but hope there is a pick up bus going to center of Barcelona at night.

The staff is friendly and kind; they try to make your stance as good as possible. The breakfast is delicious. The Hotel is also close to the town and the ALBA synchrotron.
They upgraded us to a junior suite. Very large room and bed. Very nice staff. Breakfast was ok. Parking in front of the hotel on hotel property (not enclosed).
