Location is definitely one of the best assets of Can Pastilla, considering that it’s situated a 5-minute drive from Palma de Mallorca Airport and a 10-minute drive from Palma’s Old Town. Although today sun lovers populate its golden beaches and hotels, Can Pastilla was only a small fishing village 60 years ago, no more than a hamlet growing around the small church of San Antonio de la Playa. It is also fair to say that Can Pastilla is relatively calmer than other resorts in the area.

It was peaceful pleasant calm and the people were so friendly kind and happy . It was lovely to be able to watch the sun goinf down eating dinner . Found an amazing place looking out onto the sea and marina - was calm and very good for lone travellers never once felt afraid or alone . Perfect for couples or anyone who wants a calm break away from fast pace life - calming and tranquil to a fault ! No noisy clubs a bonus and a delightful choice of food on offer people so friendly weather was warm for April / would go again in a heartbeat

This Hotel is just perfect, the food is lovely, lots of choice for breakfast and evening meal, good standard. Every member of staff is polite and cant do enough for you. In my opinion this hotel could easily be a four or five star establishment.
Can Pastilla is a lovely resort, quiet and with a chilled vibe, and best of all its 10 mins from the airport! We will be back soon!

Popular places are a bit far from each-other however if you...
Popular places are a bit far from each-other however if you like to ride bicycles then you can rent an ordinary or electric bike. Be careful about rental companies, there are expensive and also cheap places that you can rent exactly the same bicycle with double/triple prices.
Public transport is also easily possible.
I also recommend to attend tours to the caves and to the mountains. If you are interested in wind surfing this beaches are exactly for you.
P.S. Don’t forget to visit Europe’s biggest coral aquarium

It was great for a short city break in that it was just along from Palma and we could very easily get a bus in to the city. The area itself was great for walks along the beach and to sit in little cafes/restaurants and have coffee/lunch and soak up the sun and watch the sea and kite surfers etc. Yes it was close to the airport, but we never really heard the planes - I would definitely stay in the area again.5

BORING There is no entertainment in the area apart from in the large AI hotels, which I think is unfair. All there is to do in the evening is go for a meal, of which the standard is not high, expensive and not great, then walk along the promenade which was nice as a one off but not every night! or drink which is also very expensive compared to other resorts.
People congregate on the prom wall outside these hotels to watch/listen many are drinking. This is mainly a spanish/german resort.
It has good bus links with Palma which is fortunate if you want a nice meal.
It is very convenient for the airport if you have either a very early or late flight, only 5 min away and the aircraft noise is not loud.

I liked it because its more quiet. If you take a walk towards El Arenal in the night you will find a lot more drunk tourists. There are great bus connections to Palma, the bus goes every 10 minutes. I would avoid those tourist stores for food and snacks shopping. They try to scam you by not writing the prices on the items.
The location was great very close to the airport and beach both walking distance and bus stop was on the front door. There was also a supermarket 2 minutes away and parking is also an available if you hired a car. The hotel is situated in a suburb “can Pastilla” which is a lovely town with multiple shops and a lovely beach, has plenty of bars and restaurants which were great and as I said the bus was only €2 and 15 mins bus ride.
Highly recommend going to the cathedral and Sóller/Port of Sóller both stunning places :)
Staff is really really nice, especially 2 ladies from restaurant, unfortunately i don't know their names.
Food is good, plenty of choices for breakfast and best pastries ever. Great for lunch and dinner but not the best if you are vegetarian, but there was always a fish option.
Hotel is very close to the beach.Late check in so is perfect if you have a late flight and its like 10 min by taxi or bus from the airport.
We also had a partial sea view which I was really happy about.
We were accommodated in the Amic Gala hotel nearby and liked it a lot. Not everything was new in the room, for example the bathroom looked pretty old, still clean though.
But the bed with LED lights, light switchers, outlets were really new, the management definitely renovated the hotel step by step. Very friendly stuff!
It's also located 1 minute walking from the beach, provides good buffet for just 12EUR and is also very close to the airport.
I needed a place close to the airport for 1 night. This was a good choice. One can reach it by bus from airport, it was nice, clean and comfortable. I used the pool in the morning only to realise that the beach was actually very close and would have been a better option! If you are there for 1 night like me, do check out the beach area! Plenty of cafes to have a breakfast or coffee and one can borrow beach towels from the hotel.
Simple and clean rooms and pool area was great. Staff were extremely helpful and food was good too. Hotel is only a short walk from can pastilla centre and very close to beach and nice restaurants. Only issue was that the two single beds pushed together to form a double kept sliding apart in the middle of the night, which woke us up quite often. Other than that We had a great stay and would definitely return.
I absolutely loved my time at this hotel. The staff are fantastic and friendly. The food was excellent, a delicious variety of food and great drinks. The all inclusive package was fabulous! Perfect location, right opposite the beach and close to the airport. I enjoyed my time here so much that I have booked to return once I am back from Magaluf in a few days.
Great location when we needed somewhere close to the airport with a late night arrival. The room was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely massive and so fun! SO many pastries, fruit, different kinds of eggs, juices, etc. A+! I’ve never seen such a nice breakfast at a budget hotel.
Excellent location 5 minutes walk from beautiful beach. Hotel located on tiny side street for walking traffic only. Apartment very large, clean, comfortable, with all the amenities you could desire. Owner/manager/staff speaks English and Spanish and very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay.

The room and location of the hotel were great. We opted for half board and felt the breakfast was better than the dinner, as it felt like there was a little more variety. The proximity of the hotel the beach was perfect and the staff were really helpful.

Great location on the bike path and close to the beach. Plenty of shops around the hotel to rent bikes and paddle boards. The staff were fantastic, helped me arrange a tour and get taxis.
The location is definitely what I liked the most during my stay. The hotel entrance is not on the beach front-line, but it is a couple of streets back, making it more calm and noise-free.
