Hello, the problem we had was staff could not speak English and we could not speak Spanish. Communication was very difficult with the receptionist on the desk. I would suggest they have someone speak English. This does not mean the hotel was poor in anyway just poor communication. We English need to learn Spanish. The hotel was clean and well presented. Yes I would use the hotel again.

The biggest problem was finding the hotel - postcodes in Spain cover way too big an area and often the street location information seems to be in a local language variant and not accepted by a SatNav device. All this coupled with the fact that few people speak English makes finding hotels a bit of a problem.
We loved our stay in Calatayud and our apartment suited our needs perfectly. It's spacious, quiet & well located and the communication with our friendly and helpful host was great. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor there's an elevator available if needed. We found Calatayud an interesting city to visit and the Museo is well worth a visit.
Really cool historic hotel with a museum and a restaurant inside. It is located in the historic district, which is pretty stressful to drive through, but it does have its own parking lot. Despite being a really old building, the bathroom has been really nicely renovated and the room had all the amenities. Definitely a lot of character.
I became unwell whilst staying at the hotel and the staff could not do enough to help me. they were so kind.
Apart from that, the hotel is perfectly sited for walks around the town and is central to all sites. It is exceptionally clean (as have been all hotels in Spain that we stayed in).
i would not hesitate to stay there again
The dinner was excellent value for money, menu with good variety, quality cooking and presentation, very generous portions and good local wine included. Breakfast buffet extensive, better than many. Cannot comment on the room quality in main hotel as I was upgraded to a room in the (charming) historic 1928 annexe.
Great location and a superb location. Staff the most helpful and friendly. The building is very different and comfortable.
Good menu in a quant restaurant. In the centre and some nice places to visit. With bars and restaurants nearby.
free parking outside the hotel. Looking forward to a longer stay.
i like the location of the hotel, it is very near in the bus station and very easy to find.. the staff are so kind and accomodating..they are very easy to deal with and very eager to help us in our needs. if ever i will go back to Calatayud i will go back on this hotel again.
Helpful and friendly staff, good food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.
Good parking
Good price.
Clean and tidy pool area.
Great for a night or two. Calatayud has a great atmosphere too.
Super nice staff, check-in and check-out were smooth and fast, and the hotel in general is fantastic, with great facilities, especially taking into account the price.
Good evening meal in the restaurant; simple breakfast served in the bar. The building is beautiful. Finding the hotel was tricky but found it eventually.
