The location was superb for views of, and access to the mountains. The start of the GR222 path to Lluc is literally 5 mins up the road.
Caimari is a quaint village and had all the services we needed.
We bussed in and out from the stop at the bottom of the village. Very convenient.

The apartment was perfect for our trip. Located in Caimari, right at the top of this beautiful village. This provided stunning views out over the island, from the eastern coastal resorts of Alcudia, over Inca and then to the western mountains. The apartment is finished to a high standard, with all you would need for a pleasant stay. There are ample cooking facilities and our host, knowing we would be late to the island, even provided a great selection of food items to allow us to have a breakfast the following morning. This was provided free of charge too! An excellent touch.
I could not fault the apartment, it has comfortable beds, seating, and great outdoor spaces too, including a garage across the road (not large enough for a car but great for storing bags and bikes)
The village also has a good local shop (Sa botiga de Caimari) and a selection of bars and restaurants which we sadly did not visit. I would recommend Sa Ruta Verda which is a few minutes walk away if you like healthy breakfasts and lunchtime snacks. They're just branching out into the evenings and offer light bites and tasty craft beers, wines and cocktails in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
I would definitely visit again.
The charming Hotel Rural S'Olivaret & Spa hotel is set in an old olive press. It is surrounded by wonderful countryside and has an infinity pool with views, hot tub and free Wi-FI.

Facilities were spacious, luxurious and extremely clean with a rustic feel to them as expected. Location is easily accesible, breakfast and dinner excellent and the surroundings peaceful and beautiful. As we had an early outbound flight the staff was kind to offer and prepare breakfast boxes to carry. 100% recommend this property.

The village is set on the edge of the stunning mountain range of the island. Towards the northern part of the village (the higher streets) a beautiful, panoramic view awaits.
The village is welcoming with a good range of bars and restaurants. If you wish to self-cater, there is also a small but well stocked shop on the main road into the village called Sa botiga de Caimari. They stock bread and pastries from a local artisan baker too!
If you want to venture down the road I'd also recommend Restaurante Sa Tafona de Caimari, the local olive producer.
And for healthy breakfasts, lunchtime treats or an evening a tasty nibbles and craft beverages you should visit Sa Ruta Verda. Always a warm welcome from the staff here.
Wonderful owners who made us feel very welcome, even though we only stayed for one night. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a central location in a nice little town. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we very much enjoyed the terrace with its mountain views and thoughtful touches like the bottle of local mineral water provided. The breakfast was truly excellent, a real highlight from our trip to Mallorca. We wish we had stayed longer and tried the Nepalese food - hopefully next time! Thank you for the stay.
We had a lovely stay in the beautiful village of Caimari. The breakfast at Petit Caimari is exceptionally good (one hint: one more vegetarian item such as cream cheese would make it even more amazing though) and we enjoyed to start our day in the lovely breakfast room. Pedro, Doma and Catalina are all very attentive and polite. Be sure to check out the Nepalese dinner, the food was incredible and it was a very special night. Caimari is a great starting point to explore the surrounding Serra di Tramuntana!
One of the best places we have ever stayed at. We enjoyed everything, from the location in a little village not too far (by car) from most interesting places to breakfast and the view from the pool. Everyone was super welcoming. The facilities were new and the design of the room is so minimalistic but at the same time stylish. It was pure pleasure staying there. We actually regretted not being able to cancel our stay in another hotel and continue our vacation here.
Lovely hotel in the centre of the village. We had a room with a terrace, although we didn't really use the terrace much as it was so hot outside! The room was nice, breakfast in the morning was excellent, and Caimari is beautiful, a great spot for exploring the mountains. The pool referred to in the listing is the village pool which you can access for free. We actually loved this as the pool is huge and generally empty, and it is only 5 minutes walk away.
Well we loved the cozy atmosphere, the room itself was nice, comfy and clean, though it was a penthouse and you couldn't stand in some parts. The common areas looked lovely, but we couldn't enjoy them due to the hotel having closed them because of COVID. There was also some great digital new tools allowing us to enter the hotel at night using an app. The location is great to explore the eastern area of teh Serra de Tramunatana.
We had a wonderful stay in Casa Caimari at the start of February. Rosi is an excellent host and gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit. The room was lovely and cosy. The breakfast box each morning was great and set us up well for busy days cycling. The location is beautiful and we were in the mountains as soon as we started our cycles.
We were very happy that we chose to stay here. Caimari is a small quiet town surrounded by gorgeous hikes and within easy reach of the seaside if you have a car. Petit Caimari is s gorgeous place to stay and Doma and Pedro are great hosts. The breakfast is superb and Domas Nepalese dinner is delicious.
Very relaxed atmosphere.

property is caimari, a quiet picturesque village with a few nice bars and restaurants. also near selva! I love the cycling garage, and the space for socialising upstairs. also the terrace is brilliant with beautiful views
Casa Caimari Guest House was really nice place where to stay for couple nights. Rosi was extremely helpful and was available whenever we needed.
The small garden was such a nice place to hang out. The location is very convenient for hikers and cyclists.
Rosa was very friendly and recommended lots of activities around Caimari. The room was comfortable and clean. We loved the outside patio and varying breakfast! We wouldhighly recommend Casa Caimari and its quiet and cozy atmosphere!
This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. It was stunning, well-kept, clean and the owners/staff were so lovely and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. Such an amazing little trip to the mountains!!
