The most unfriendly staff I have ever met in any hotel around the world. And I travel a lot. I stayed in 7 different accommodation along my trip , all booked through booking.com and the staff here were a disgrace. I felt like I was a burden to them, I never complain and I am friendly happy person, but the service was a disgrace and check in no hello or welcome. I sat and observed later in evening how all their customers were treated the same way. Certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent place to stay , super clear . Friendly staff amazing restaurant and a good coffee shop . Cheap coffee shop outside nothing to do with the Restaurant/ hotel. If the restaurant/ coffee shop is closed and you need a coffee. 3 hostel next to it . You need are car or taxi, only 12 minute to the airport and 10 minutes to Santiago by car . Great cheap hotel for a simple places to put your bed down for a few days . Great for the price .
