I have been to the Ambassador Hotel 6 to 7 times now but the big disappointment this time was the food. Although there was nothing really wrong with it I found it wasn't of the same quality pre Hotel renovation. It is still 'a value for money hotel' but in my opinion it was one of the best hotels in Benidorm for the food we really loved it. I don't want to put anybody off when reading this because there wasn't anything wrong with the food,
It just wasn't as good as it has been in the past - great shame.

Benidorm has something for everyone. It’s not a place I would have ever personally chosen to have gone. I visited with a group of friends and all my prejudices about Benidorm were blown away. I have now just returned home after my 6th visit in 5 years and know that I will definitely visit again. I think I may have caught “The Beni Bug”

very entertaining.
very entertaining. I love that everywhere in Benidorm you can get the best chicken tikka kebabs that use real pieces of chicken and the potion size is very big and not expensive. Its much better than the donner kebab meat that you get in most towns which isnt great.

We visit bendiorm at least twice a year,
We're 57 and really love it there were planning on a mid town trip with family and grandchildren in October, beaches are great we like oldtown beach the best, quieter the futher you go the quieter it gets, still bars shops food opposite the beach
Tram to so many diffrent areas and so cheap,

Benidorm is making great efforts to shake off its trippy image and become a little more up market and Spanish. It has an enforced very low speed limit for traffic and therefore an easy place for pedestrians to roam.
Streets are clean with some greenery to improve the general ambience.
The beaches are clean and bars and restaurants everywhere which cater for all tastes and prices. Plenty of nightlife and something for all ages.

Benidorm has something for everyone; beautiful beaches and stunning mountain views. Free entertainment in many, many bars and hotels. The old town is charming with authentic Spanish tapas restaurants. The new town has lively bars and English restaurants. Calle Gerona (the strip) is not suitable for children at night or those wanting a quieter pace. The nicer hotels are the place to go
for a relaxing drink and musical entertainment
The rooftop bars of Port Benidorm and the Queens Hotel old town are great.

It’s the party Capitial of Europe, music for everyone’s taste, good cheap night out, Old town and Tapas Alley beyond good for food, come to enjoy yourself and escape from the real world for a few days, this is the place !!!!
beautiful hotel! hard to say it’s 3* felt like a little luxury boutique hotel! the gentleman on check-in was delightful. I live in Benidorm but has an issue with my apartment and he gave me the best room
in the hours which on the 4th floor and on the corner and I think it’s 402. they are the dearer rooms but very nice and huge! immaculate and brand new interiors to the hotel, it’s been refurbished or rebuilt extremely recently. right in the heart of old town, cannot be more central, and the bed was so comfortable!
The location is superb for old town Benidorm. Great views and if you use the Beniconnect bus service from the airport it stops/collects right outside the airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleaners keep the rooms, and general hotel, in a very clean condition. The meals were great and the catering staff are very helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. A must if you visit here is the rooftop bar with great views over the port and a very polite/attentive barman who makes great cocktails
A really good hotel that is far better than its 2* rating. Smart efficient check in and the room was a good size with strong WIFI and has everything you need.
Breakfast buffet options are basic but plentiful and good quality. Nice terraced area and large reception with good furniture.
Perfect for exploring Benidorm, and being in the old town you are not subjected to the crazy late night nightlife.
Great hotel and happy to book again.
Absolutely Stunning Apartment in the Old Town, Benidorm. It's was immaculately clean, with everything you could possible need for a self catering holiday, we even had Netflix on the telly! Bed was comfy, shower great and the apartment smelt so clean & fresh on arrival. We had fresh towels and a room clean during our ten days there and Rosi was so helpful and easily contacted via WhatsApp,will definitely stay again!
Lovely clean hotel at the end of the old town with direct seaviews from our balcony, room cleaned everyday. Loved the roof terrace with jacuzzi, breakfast was a joy due to the quality of produce and seaview. If you want to experience the real benidorm with all its restaurants and tapas bars then this hotel is perfect.
The Rosabel has nothing in the way of pools etc but that and more is available at the sister hotel across the street. It is ideal as a base for accessing Benidorm old town and beyond. It is spotlessly clean modern and well maintained. The breakfast room was excellent as was the inclusive breakfast.
Don't expect a 5* hotel on a 3* budget. Having said that, we found it to be good value for what we paid..
Close to Benidorm old town and the beach. The hotel was clean and generally well maintained.
All the staff were helpful.
The breakfast was a buffet style, English and continental.
Small hotel situated in good location for old town Benidorm. Exceptional service by staff! Even carried our case to the room and to the car! Breakfast served by staff. The rooms very clean and good soundproofing. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay the Poniente end.
The best point about this room is the location, great central, walk on the street old benidorm, the location is excellent and literally walk onto old benidorm, beach 5mins,coffee shop, try Shirley's English pub..breakfast great...faultless.. location
The food was excellent much better quality than other hotels in Benidorm. Excellent location, lots of bars and restaurants close by. Also on a bus route. Able to walk to Old Town, and walk a long the promenade in both directions
The hotel was very clean. The rooftop terrace is lovely and the breakfast was really good.
Location is good, not far from the beach but I think if we were to go back to Benidorm again we would like to be closer to the old town.
Great location in the heart of New Town, at the town centre end of Calle Gerona. So easy to get to the beach, sea front, bars and shopping quarter. Hotel staff were also absolutely superb and extremely helpful.
I liked the location of the hotel ideal for everywhere e g the beach .nice walks shops eating you out and bars all kinds to suit everyone
And the buzz you feel when you walk the streets of the Old Town
The room was large and very clean. It was a quiet hotel and the location was excellent, 2 mins from the beach and in the heart of the Old Town. Also a great shower.
