I have been to the Ambassador Hotel 6 to 7 times now but the big disappointment this time was the food. Although there was nothing really wrong with it I found it wasn't of the same quality pre Hotel renovation. It is still 'a value for money hotel' but in my opinion it was one of the best hotels in Benidorm for the food we really loved it. I don't want to put anybody off when reading this because there wasn't anything wrong with the food,
It just wasn't as good as it has been in the past - great shame.

When we booked we ashamed through bookiing.com it included evening meal this was NOt the case, we got charged . I didn't realise until booking out. On booking.com confirmation form I received when booking instated dinner included.. I couldn't be bothered to go threw much it case so excepted their bill. These things should aromatic be there for all to see. Other then thAt we enjoyed ourstay

I have now just returned home after my 6th visit in 5 years and know that I will definitely visit again. I think I may have caught “The Beni Bug”

very entertaining.
very entertaining. I love that everywhere in Benidorm you can get the best chicken tikka kebabs that use real pieces of chicken and the potion size is very big and not expensive. Its much better than the donner kebab meat that you get in most towns which isnt great.

Oldtown quite relaxed , but busy lots of spainsh walking ,shops
Mid town a bit more for younger people 70 and under but still shops bars food just a bit louder than oldtown,
Then heres Newtown for the party animals
We like to havena wonder, see some sight ( messy drunks) but still ok early for a drink
There's some amazing karaoke bars, show bars,
British bars, we love uncle peds, Pablo bloom is great, beers cheap,
We visit bendiorm at least twice a year,
We're 57 and really love it there were planning on a mid town trip with family and grandchildren in October, beaches are great we like oldtown beach the best, quieter the futher you go the quieter it gets, still bars shops food opposite the beach
Tram to so many diffrent areas and so cheap,
Alicante lovely castle, altea lovely, denia beautiful
Something for everyone young and old,
Do not knock benidirm if you've never been,
We recommend mid town to stay, we had an appartment Eden Park was fabulous, definitely use it again close to both oldtown and Newtown
It is a lively place benidorm but then you stay where you find suits you, we were oldtown people for years but now found midtown is where we tend to stay , enjoy we do
Also we love to walk there's to hills either side one end if old town one end of Newtown
Newtown has a criss at the top we love the walk to the top
And oldtown has a viewing platform and small church at the top again lovely views from both

Benidorm is making great efforts to shake off its trippy image and become a little more up market and Spanish. It has an enforced very low speed limit for traffic and therefore an easy place for pedestrians to roam.
Streets are clean with some greenery to improve the general ambience.
The beaches are clean and bars and restaurants everywhere which cater for all tastes and prices. Plenty of nightlife and something for all ages.

Benidorm has something for everyone; beautiful beaches and stunning mountain views. Free entertainment in many, many bars and hotels. The old town is charming with authentic Spanish tapas restaurants. The new town has lively bars and English restaurants. Calle Gerona (the strip) is not suitable for children at night or those wanting a quieter pace. The nicer hotels are the place to go
for a relaxing drink and musical entertainment
The rooftop bars of Port Benidorm and the Queens Hotel old town are great.

It’s the party Capitial of Europe, music for everyone’s taste, good cheap night out, Old town and Tapas Alley beyond good for food, come to enjoy yourself and escape from the real world for a few days, this is the place !!!!
Location very good.Apartment very clean,could have done with a blanket for bed and kettle to make tea, had to boil water in cup in microwave.l will recommend to friends and return again myself and a friend.We ate out mostly,very cheap,then we found a supermarket nearby and cooked for ourselves.We were near the old town,which is so lovey,but did try the night life on The Strip which we loved to.
Beach only a short walk away.
We are so looking forward to going back to Benidorm and staying in The Astoria Apartments.
Everything about this little hotel was lovely. The staff are there on call 24 hours a day and couldn't do enough for us. Staying in the old town was a bit different but allowed us to experience authentic benidorm rather than the tourist places. We had a swim and sunbathe on the little beach at the top of the street and couldnt be happier there.they havr great air con in rooms and a lift to use as we wete on 4th floor. Mini fridge in room was nice and cleaners every day. Will definitely be back.
This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need. Location can’t be beat, it’s in the heart of the city, close to beach and Benidorm palace. The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. Absolutely delighted with this hotel
A really good hotel that is far better than its 2* rating. Smart efficient check in and the room was a good size with strong WIFI and has everything you need.
Breakfast buffet options are basic but plentiful and good quality. Nice terraced area and large reception with good furniture.
Perfect for exploring Benidorm, and being in the old town you are not subjected to the crazy late night nightlife.

Great little hotel in the old town. Everyone working here is really nice and the location is perfect for shopping and the beach. Its also very close to the boats if you want a trip out on those. Walking to the British strip from here takes about 30 mins along the sea front with plenty of bars and restaurants to stop at on the way. This hotel is kept really clean and tidy and I will definitely be returning later in the year👍🥇
Room cleanliness, in fact overall cleanliness throughout the hotel. Spa looks great but I never went in. Everything from checking in to checking out is efficient. Very close to the old town and to a small square of restaurants and pubs which, in their own right, are excellent. I booked b and b but because benidorm is what it is I never went. Whenever I passed the restaurant though there were always plenty of people in.
Property was comfortable, great facilities (e.g coffee machine, fans in the bedrooms, iron), pretty basic but a good base for a busy holiday in Benidorm and the location of the property was amazing - right on the beach and 30 secs from the old town, 15-20 mins to the new town. Shared hallway was spotless and the balcony was spacious, a fab place to spend time.
I had a wonderful stay at Casa del Mar, very cozy apartment in the center of Benidorm. The location is perfect, close to everything. I loved the narrow streets of the old town, the balcony with flowers. A square with amazing sea views is just steps away. The check-in was easy and fast, and the host gave me some useful tips. I will definitely come back here.
Easy check in via WhatsApp communication with host. Asked for an extra pillow and next day it was delivered, very attentive. Great location about 15 min walk to New Town and right in the middle of Old Town so pert, depending on what you want to do! Tea and coffee machine facilities and complimentary bottle of water. There's an iron and ironing board too.
Its in a very central location in the old town close to tapas alley . it’s as very clean place, breakfast offered was excellent . Small hotel situated in good location for old town Benidorm. Exceptional service by staff! Even carried our case to the room and to the car! Breakfast served by staff. The rooms very clean and good soundproofing. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay the Poniente end.

Location is spot on. Exactly in th heart of the old town. Super close to the beach. The reception staff are kind and helpfull. The rooms are spacios as well as the bathrooms. Its a 3 star hotel and the furniture indicates that, with a decent mattress.
Everything was very good from the location just opposite Poniente beach and a short walk from the old town and all that offers, the room, staff and views. Our preferred hotel whenever we visit Benidorm. Thank you for another excellent stay.

Newly renovated - no bells and whistles yet there was jacuzzis and the hotel was SO clean. Very near the strip and beach yet away from the noise but also conveniently within a nice walking distance to the old town.
