Great for kids non stop entertainment if not at the pool then it was on the stage and also has an indoor kids play area where u can leave the kids play fit an hour or 2 to give yourself a break if u want by day 3 u will ha also just across from hotel is another water park like I said kids will love it we are booked in for next year already 😀

Everything was superb from the moment we arrived. we were given a free upgrade on our room, which was absolutely stunning. My only regret is that I hadn't booked for a longer stay. I will definitely be returning. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay very special.

The area around the marina is lovely with lots of restaurants to choose from and nice little shops. Felt very safe as lots of police patrolling the area. Beach walks are lovely and you can walk for miles along the coast.

Go to Benalmadena, if you have one or more children age of 4-15. They will be superhappy with the amusement Benalmadena offers. Go to Benalmadena, if you are a couple or friends, who mainly care about drinks and sun and maybe nightlife.
Never go to Benalmadena, if you are travelling alone, or have any demands on beauty of surroundings, quality of food offers close to beach and similar; it's kind of a mass tourism spot (lots of Irish Pubs, TexMex and Italian and Indish Restaurants and so on).

Plenty of bars restaurants. Beach closed for a week from 3 rd June? Unreal. No pools open in apt blocks, only hotels but was not told until arrival many people we met were in the same position, only hotels had pools open and they were all private. Told to check small print, so be aware, couldn’t get a transfer to a property with a pool, and was refused a refund so we could move . Be aware of this, if you can use the beach it will cost 7 euro per day for a bed . We travelled between, 28 th May to the 4 th June, so read small print

SO many things to do -Beach, Port, Parks, Water Parks, zoos,...
SO many things to do -Beach, Port, Parks, Water Parks, zoos, walks etc, The beach and port areas are good for all ages and there is plenty to choose from. Arroyo de Miel is further in-land and offers good shops and restaurants and a good open-air market on Fridays. There is a park called Parque de la Paloma, which has areas for children and cafes etc with a goat sanctuary in the middle. Right next to the park is the SELWO marina zoo/Dolphin park, which is great for the kids.

Benalmadena was lovely only thing that spoilt it was ppl selling stuff every 2 mins on the beach in the restaurants no getting away from them.

The location was great as it is a little outside the main drag of restaurants and shops, but close enough to be very easily accessable. The whole hotel is light and airy, with a modern feel. The staff, without exception were friendly and attentive. Not once did we very feel that we were being difficult or over demanding. The pools were great and didn’t ever get too busy. The food, especially at breakfast was very good. We were “all inclusive” and the choice of beverages was more that acceptable.
Our apartment was exceptional in every way. We had a large balcony with a lovely view - 2 doors opened to the balcony (off the bedroom and living room. So much natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, the shower amazing. Not a thing to improve upon. The city was working on the street for a week which created parking issues, but we always found a spot nearby. Not the fault of the hotel. Location was perfect, close to bil bil beach, restaurants and paloma park is a short walk up the hill
We had a great time at the hotel it is very clean
All the staff are very helpful and friendly especially the girls at the bar and the staff in the restaurant they all helped us try out our Spanish and with their friendly chat helped to make our holiday special.
The reception staff was very helpful too when my husband had he's wallet stolen on the train.
This was our 2nd year coming to this hotel as a party of 5 and will be looking forward to next year

The little place around the pool where you can get snacks wasn't open at all during our stay, which was a shame. And the hotel wasn't busy at all. Good choice at breakfast, can't comment on other meal times as we ate out.
We are back in Benalmadena end of July but staying at a more kid friendly hotel as we have our 3 grandchildren with us.
Loved it perfect location for us. Walked around Benalmadena from one end to the other during the week. Had a great breakfast at the temple bar after a. Visit to the marina. And found Lidl just along from there. And got a bus to Peoblo the village and as the bus was taking so long we decided to walk downhill all the way. Nice walk of a couple of miles. There are a few cafes nearby but a bit of a walk for more choice. Nice apartment.

The staff members take great care in looking after the property and their guests. They are exceptional and are a credit to the organization. They made every encounter a pleasant and helpful one.

What a lovely hotel. Don't be put off by 2 stars. We have stayed in worse 4 star hotels. The host, Suzanne was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. Excellent value for money. We love Benalmadena Pueblo and we will definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. Joaquin greeted me with a smile. When I asked a question about a local restaurant, he recommended one that was even better.
My room overlooked the high street and the hotel is close to many shops. I would stay again.
Good hotel bit dated but for the price was nice cheap getaway. Apartments nice and clean and loverly views of benalmadena from window. Loverly breakfast from cafe bar down stairs. And entertainment from the kareoke. Was good.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. It should be rated 3 star instead of 2 star. On half board you can choose between lunch or dinner which is great if you plan to go out for the day.
