Good basic Pension on The Camino Primitivo.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
There was a cafe/bar below the Pension which served breakfast from 6.00.

One of the nicest and most modern pensions I’ve ever stayed in. A highlight stay on my Camino. The lady in charge was very friendly and helpful. Everyone staying there seemed to be very happy.

We had a very nice welcome at our arrival. The room was very clean and cold water bottles were available for us.
The dinner was very good (a/o ‘ chuleta de ternera’).
The owner had us a free aperitivo with ‘agua de hierbes’.

I am traveling and staying at many properties recently. But this one is an excellent property. Outstanding!We loved our stay there. You can see and feel the love and care in each detail. It’s done at very high standard, thinking in small details. The bed extra comfortable. Very fast internet. Smart TVs. Kitchen very well equipped. Very good shower. Outside, there are so many options for seating, relaxing. And if you are more of activities, you find options with games, bicycles. You can even make your own barbecue. It’s an excellent option, if you want a retreat near the nature. But also, great option to enjoy with your family and friends. I highly recommend.

Very clean, great location for our purpose of travel as we had our own transport. Free parking. Staff very helpful and friendly. Coffee in a thermos provided/ included with cookies one day but not the next. Room serviced daily. Peaceful. Value for money.

I returned to HOTEL PORTCICO two years later and found it to be just as friendly and comfortable.
Neat small town. The Restaurant Neireo lives up to its excellent reviews, Definitely eat there. We chose the mixed salad and fish options for 1st and 2nd courses and they were fantastic. Desserts and bread delecious too. Non-house wine also reasonably priced.
