Beautiful looking boutique hotel. The Hotel is of exceptional design and high standard throughout and the gardens were beautiful . The beds were amazingly comfy and the rooms were fantastically clean . The Sun loungers in the shade were a perfect place to relax (but only if you want shade) Beautiful restaurant and food was good and again beautifully presented. Gorgeous SPA area to relax and enjoy again beautifully designed 10/10 to the Design and aesthetic of the hotel. Arta village is a lovely place to stay and the hotel easy to find. Carlos the waiter was adorable and very kind and friendly we loved him (although I feel he could do with extra help ) The hotel is new and has a few teething issues but generally has the potential to be one of the best on the island .

A very attractive town which, while catering to tourists, also has the authenticity of a real Spanish town - not overly dominated by foreign tourists. Good selection of restaurants and shops, attractive squares and charming narrow streets. We enjoyed the Via Verda cycling route which you can access from the town centre.

We loved the setting, amongst the vineyards and rolling hills of the area. No shortage of beautiful coastal walks nearby and excellent local restaurants. The decor of the hotel is very Elle Decor yet comfortable. The open fires and multiple sitting areas felt generous and relaxing. A manageable distance from Palma by car.

We arrived as the market was packing up and it was very busy, later on was much quieter with several of the restaurants closed for dinner. Artà is quite small, one Main Street with shops, cafes and restaurants but very nice to visit for a couple of days.

A small, relaxed place, offering nice shops and a number of nice bars and restaurants. It is bit calmer as other places on the island (except for market days) - especially in the lovely old part of the town around the church.

The staff was incredible, Danny, Ina, Joel, and Liz just to name a few were always happy to help and go above and beyond for our every need and question. They really showed us so much hospitality and kindness. The hotel was gorgeous, truly breathtaking, the designers thought of every detail of the experience and you can feel it. The communal areas were well maintained and intentional. My only critique would be for the food having incredible moments and some moments that left more to be desired. I would highly recommend this hotel, to anyone visiting Mallorca. Grateful that we stumbled into Cortana in Palma and met Gabriella, who told us to go for lunch. We fell in love with the property and booked a couple of nights. Our stay was nothing short of a dream.

Artà is a real gem to enjoy for its own sake.

Artà is a real gem to enjoy for its own sake. It's a very attractive old town full of stone buildings, that's easy to wander around on foot as there's very little traffic. A fabulous street market on Tuesdays brings plenty of life and crowds of locals and tourists, and although it's primarily there for tourists there's a food market in the centre of it where you can stock up on fruit, cheese and jamon. And apparently there's an even better second-hand market at the weekend (which I wasn't there to see). There are lots of wonderful friendly restaurants to choose from, a budget favourite being the Italian Pasta Fresca, which offers home-made pasta and is run by two lovely women. This emphasis on relaxed wandering, shopping and food (rather than bars and clubbing) means that Artà is just lively enough into the evenings, but there is no late night life so your sleep is undisturbed. Artà also makes a great base from which to explore - it's perfectly positioned to hit the gorgeous (and almost empty) beaches around the coastline of this part of Mallorca. In the last days of September when I went the sea was very warm and crystal clear. Hiking in the hills is another easy activity from here as you're right next to the national park. These needn't be strenuous: dawn walks on lovely paths are a real treat, and you can get home easily for breakfast! Artà is easy and cheap to get to from Palma. Having experienced both train and car on that journey across Mallorca I think another time I'd opt to take the direct train to Manacor (1hr/8 Euros) and then hire a car more locally, rather than drive from Palma.

Restaurant: breakfast is included. It is very healthy and has lots of choices you can also order separately besides the buffet breakfast (no extra charge). Lunch and dinner is pricey, food is not bad, you should at least try it for once. Service wise, a bit disorganized, servers are friendly and nice. But they tend to forget things or mix orders up. I once waited 25min just for my coffee, and I nearly lost my cool. Expect to have a long wait for your food or even take your order.

We loved everything about our stay! Charming from start to finish. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We especially appreciated conveniences of a hotel with an intimate number of people. Hotel is perfectly located within the town, you can get to restaurants, shops and nearby attractions within a few min walk. The breakfast was very good in both quality and choice. The best choice possible in Artà, highly recommended.
