Great location right in the middle of the picturesque part of the old town. Staff were very polite. Hotel was respectfully traditional. As the cafe was pay as you go, could just drop key and go on last morning. Simple.

We were really impressed with this hotel. The staff are excellent and the facilities are extremely clean. We loved the pool and the gym is very well equipped. You do pay extra to use the spa but it was worth it. On one day it rained in the morning but there is a lovely terrace where we sat undercover. The breakfast was excellent and there was an extensive choice. We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights which was very good. There is a gorgeous little beach a short drive away with stunning views from a footpath through the woods, which we loved and had a great bar/restaurant.
Casona de Cefontes is a converted farm house in the countryside 5 km outside Gijón. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with a private balcony.

A delightful guesthouse in the rural outskirts of Gijon, with the perfect welcoming and helpful host, Cristina. We had a beautiful room with views over the town to the sea.
Breakfast was superb with a wide variety of delicious food, orange juice and tea or coffee.
Whilst the guest house is in a beautiful and peaceful rural setting, it is only an easy 7 minute drive to the town centre.
This small country hotel is just 3 km from the centre of Gijón. Built in the early 18th century, it has beautiful gardens and elegant rooms with antique-style furniture.
