Small family owned hacienda with beautiful rural views . Individually styled rooms - we shared a private staircase to two rooms with lovely seating area for four of us . Fridge with water very welcome ! Nice breakfast in conservatory style room overlooking small pool / all very lovely. No dinner provided as such - offer of cheese/ meats and wine to avoid travelling to Arcos for dinner - much appreciated . Central patio area with table and chairs nice for drinks / coffee

The only reason why this hotel got 2 stars instead of 4 stars is because it is actually not a recently constructed, brand-new building, though it feels as good as new.It has all the attributes of a 4 star hotel, plus it couldn't be closer to the city and yet be totally calm at night. I will gladly come back every time I am in the area.

Arcos de la Frontera is the starting point for the White towns tour. Parking is in an underground car park outside the old town and the climb to the church and mirador is steep. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants, make the effort to get to the top. The Parador was good but not great service or menu, we preferred the other restaurant we used. Eat fish, it's the best option!

Just one night in Arcos, on our tour of Andalusia. Would have liked at least another night to have a good look around. Had a beautiful meal in the restaurant “Isabella”. Lovely food & wine at very reasonable price with an amazing view across surrounding countryside.

ARCOS is a great village to explore.
ARCOS is a great village to explore. Is one of the best white villages we visited. The people there are happy to see you. You can talk to everyone, young, old, including the police and they laugh at your jokes (mine). Food is awsome.

The Hotel was easy to locate, the private underground parking was good, the Staff were great, and the place itself had a lot of things to see and do, the surrounding Countryside is definitely worth driving through, and the food in the cafe/ bar/ restaurants, was very good as of course was the drink. Thoroughly Recommended.

Arcos de la Frontera is a beautiful town.
Arcos de la Frontera is a beautiful town. Perhaps the prettiest of Los Pueblos Blancos, The old town is steeped in history from the Roman period onward. The expansive views from the hilltop are wonderful, and the peek-a-boo views down narrow streets between whitewashed walls are both pretty and intriguing. Good restaurants (try Restaurante Aljibe for Morrocan, or Los Juventes Flamencos for Andalusian) are steps away from good accommodation. If I ever have the privilege of returning to Andalusia, Arcos will definitely be on the itinerary.

I've been to another Pueblos Blancos town that I liked much more (Frigliana). This town if much larger, but I was disappointed that there weren't more squares with cafes around them. The main square in the old town is a parking lot! It's a nice enough town, but one or two days there is plenty.

Traditional, straightforward (everyday, rather than holiday) type of hotel, with the massive added bonus in Arcos of an underground parking garage.
Freshly decorated, well-lit room (ours was a twin) with white-tiled bathroom and plenty of hot water. Shower gel dispenser, but nothing else so don't forget your favourite toiletries.
Bedspreads, with extra blankets and pillows available.
Continental breakfast included.
Would stay here again.
This is a gem of a property. Perfectly situated in the old town of Arcos. Full of history which our generous host pointed out to us. The bed was comfortable with a well appointed shower room with a fantastic ancient feature which you will be shown! Breakfast was superb served on the incredible roof terrace. Directions to and from this hotel were spot on and we loved hopping on the free bus up the hill to the old town.
Great! Loved this hotel. It’s got a wonderfully quirky ‘Kasbah’ decor that saved us having to travel to Tangier. The owners were sweet, kind and helpful. Beds were comfy. Best hot water pressure in Spain. And excellent location 5 minutes from the old town. The town was going crazy because Real Madrid won the UEFA final, but our street-facing room was still quiet when the window was shut (double glazing I assume).
The hotel is all about the location and views out over village or valley. Interesting small old-town - very Spanish. Room was good size and recently renovated. Note! Although built in old-style this is not one of the ancient Parador establishments that is often expected and does miss a bit of atmosphere that comes with the quirky old buildings they are often located in.
The only reason why this hotel got 2 stars instead of 4 stars is because it is actually not a recently constructed, brand-new building, though it feels as good as new.It has all the attributes of a 4 star hotel, plus it couldn't be closer to the city and yet be totally calm at night.
