The place was very clean and well equipped. The hosts are a lovely family that ensured I had everything I needed to have a great stay. They opened this business few months ago and it is obvious that they put love in it. I totally recommend it, the village is surrounded by nice nature and there are hikes around to do. Locals are also very welcoming.

This was by far the best 2* property we have stayed in in years. It was terrific. Lovely rooms, starched linen. Drinking Water in room. Swimming pool and well appointed gardens kept well. Staff excellent. Short taxi ride 8 eur to town centre which staff arranged, and pick up by same driver for return. Highly recommended

Everything. Location, host, house. Amazing feeling to be in a house of Setenil, with the rock in the background all the time. The house is impeccable, the renovation is extremely well done to respect the natural wall and still allow for all the modern needs. The host has been extremely welcoming, giving a lot of indications of what to do locally and where to eat. The house has a lot of amenities, from cookies to coffee pods to bath gels, you name it. Please don’t change, this has been an amazing experience 😊😊

For a Hostal the attention to detail in the room, patio area, information provided by the owner is excellent. eg For the ladies a sachet with a makeup remover , usb connections beside the bed, a music sound system remotely controlled and a top quality tv. Bathroom beautifully designed. Had a choice of a few cafe/bars all within 5 minutes or less for breakfast ( you present a voucher to the cafe).

A 10-minute walk from the centre of Setenil and 6.7 km from Setenil Train Station, Casa Rural Las Bodegas features a small outdoor pool with sun loungers.

Beautiful tiled interior. Nice lady at check in. This is a family home as well as a hostal. Room was spacious, I slept well in the comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Small balcony overlooking the street. Nice bar next door. My bicycle was stored downstairs securely.
