From the delightful welcome to the sad farewell, our stay in Berzocana was a true pleasure. It is a quiet village inn with an excellent restaurant run by charming people who moved heaven and earth to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the dinner truly good. A 'super-slick' operation it isn't, but that wasn't what we wanted or expected. I often doubt reviews that say 'we will be back', but in this case we will definitely be back!

some starters seemed very big but thankfully the waiter did tell us on one occasion we would be better to share!

Everything! The location set in the most beautiful grounds. Laura and team were so nice and welcoming, great breakfast and delicious evening meals. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Fantastic parador - beautiful building in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great pool and food was excellent. We have stayed in many paradores and this is definitely one of the best. Gracias to everyone in Parador Trujillo for a great stay.

It was on the edge of town, but only a short walk to the centre. Parking very easy in the carpark. Nice rural views from windows, quiet. Comfortable bed and room. An old-style hotel, like a throwback to the 1980s. Staff helpful and informative.

Fantastic location in the old town with a nice bar with terrace very nearby. Beautiful old building and rooms. Very nice owner/manager. Great breakfast in the courtyard while being observed by 10+ cats. Great bathroom. The manager let us park nearby because otherwise parking could be a bit far from the hotel.
