I only liked the communication of one staff member on the reception-Marta was very nice, always smiling, she gave us a lot of information about the area, where we could find hospital and pharmacy when our daughter and myself got ill.Also the staff by the breakfast were very nice, not the buffet though.

The staff were super helpful and accommodating! The room was clean and the mini fridge useful for my son's formula. The location was perfect for work and also leisure right on the edge of the big park 10 minute walk from the science and art centre. difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in room since it was turned off in entire building, it's November we were told that is what is done. it was hot in the room (25C+) even with window fully open (not safe for children) we left the window open during the night but it was storming, rain and thunder so had to close it. we asked for a fan which we got, but made no difference. had expected better from Ibis.

Hotel situated next to Bonaire shopping centre, perfect for our Christmas shopping visit. Great variety of shops with several sensibly priced restaurants at the shopping centre. Access to the hotel and shopping centre directly from the A3 with plenty of free parking on site.
Very good budget hotel near the airport. Definitely value for money. Small but comfortable room, good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is very modest but you can eat. Stuff is very nice and always ready to help, unfortunately not everyone speaks English at decent level. There is a restaurant that works in the evening where you can grab a bite. Hotel resides near big shopping mall and outlet center, where you can also eat or go for shopping.

The hotel room we got is clean, have an okay space and the bathroom is not congested too. They provided clean towels, shampoo, and shower gel. The place is quite too.

Everything was fine at the hotel. The rooms were good and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and they were happy to cater to our needs everytime. The breakfast was quite good. The daily homemade cake was absolutely delicious. Free parking right at the hotel and also outside.

It was a very good hotel to stay for a stopover on route. Great staff and clean comfy ensuite rooms, good breakfast and good parking. Plus right next door, a great shopping centre with a great choice of eateries for dinner.
The location of this hotel was excellent. Multiple shopping and food establishments were a few hundred meters away. Additionally, it was a short drive to many of Valencia's attractions. Breakfast also had a good variety.

The manager was excellent and tried to help at every oppertunity , the hotel was under staffed , the manager is a asset to Ibis and was doing everything and ibis need to do everything to keep this man
