Clean, spacious, nice balcony which I didn't expect so this was a lovely surprise! Helpful staff, great coffee and location was ideal, thought it would be noisy next to the N332 but no I slept like a baby in the super comfy bed :)

The bed was very comfy. The cleanliness was not good at all. I would get out the bath with nice clean feet and 2 minutes later they were black. When I complained they cleaned well the next day but then it went back to bad again. I can put up with almost anything as long as the place is clean and this was not. The gym opening hours are ridiculous so closed at the times most people want it and they couldn’t give me a late check out which I understand but there was absolutely no provision to get cleaned up. There is apparently the use of the spa but that closes between 2pm-4pm which is a hen everyone with an even g flight needs it. I literally had to take my suitcase into the toilet and get washed in the sink. On the plus side the room was nice albeit dirty and the balcony was nice and I can’t comment on the food as I never ate there. The staff could be rude at times and when you ask for something they tell you it’s coming and then 4 other staff say the same and it’s never coming unless you get angry and complain and then you get what you want

Everything is good. This is the best appartment in whole building with your own door to lawn and pool. Communications with host was perfect. Also we like small wild beach which is downstairs. Thank you.

A lovely place to chill and relax, easy going quiet night, or more lively if you want it.
Had some lovely meals out, but two not so good.
Beach is good but pebbly and tricky getting in and out if the sea, expensive sunbeds.
Lovely walk to Altea old town, wow not to be missed.
Promenade and the beach is clean, you can walk for a few miles.
Prices are only just cheaper than home to eat out. The supermarket is much cheaper than the UK.
Recommended The Church Irish Bar and the Irish Tavern 👍

There's a nice promenade along the beach which you can walk down and have a rest on a bench when you need. There was even a "talking bench" where you could sit if you fancied having a chat with someone. The place is situated in a nice bay of the Mediterranean. Unfortunately, it was a little misty. I only live just over an hour away and it has been misty over the sea over the last few days. That is very unusual.
There are lots of shops, bars including a micro-brewery, cafes and restaurants to choose from. There is a Mexican restaurant I always go to when I am there and I have a vegan burrito, which is very tasty. Lots of choice for meat-eaters too!
There is a bus which runs from Benidorm, through Alfaz del Pi and Albir to Altea, so if you don't want to drive, or don't have a car, you can take the bus. You get a great view.

Albir is perfect mix of fairy low key and chilled atmosphere but still plenty to do. Very pretty not too busy. Never problem getting places to eat or drink. Very friendly everywhere. Lots shopping places for self catering as we were. Loved smaller bars off sea front. Great bus and taxi service. Lots trips close by.
The hotel is clean, beautiful, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff is very welcoming and caring. The best part was the spa room , which had two swimming pools, both very warm, turkish sauna, russian sauna, scottish showers, ice bath and many many bubble treatments. We had an hour to enjoy it on one out of our two days stay. Sadly the receptionist said that my 11 year old can attend spa anytime with us, therefore we missed the spa on our first day. I hope this will be looked at. Would definitely come back!
Lovely place , spotless, room with a view.
Location was perfect. Staff were so helpful too.
Fab choice for breakfast.
I was impressed with the way room was cleaned each day with fresh towels , sachets of shower gel and shampoos.
Coffee and paper mugs too.
Mini fridge with bottles of water.
Big bathroom and balcony too.
Even sun chairs and English channels on the tv.
Well done to the staff at Hotel La Rivera keep up the good work.
The large apartment has a beautiful view on the beach of Albir. My girlfriend describes the views as "a Monet tableau". Even for a small trip of just 3 days, it allowed us to disconnect, relax, and make the most of our holiday. The balcony is perfect for taking your breakfasts and apéros and the apartment has all the facilities that you might need (equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, hair dryer). Truly a perfect place to stay!
The location was excellent and the staff delightful especially the receptionists who could not have been more helpful. We had lovely king rooms with sea views. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The Sun Terrace was wonderful for escaping. Breakfast was good. We were lucky with the weather. The hotel was well maintained
Always a great stay at Albir Garden Resort. I've been coming here since I was a child and now love to bring my partner over every year for a few days away. The sun loungers aren't the comfiest but a lilo on the bed with a towel over does the trick. Definitely value for money.
Vitali is an excelent host and his apartment is a very good choice if you want to have a base in Costa Blanca.. From Albir you can visit many beach cities and have needed infrastructure of markets and restaurants while also having a basic kitchen in the apartment.
The location was fantastic. Close to the beach and beach bars. The walk to the centre of Albir was reasonable. Altea was a short drive away. Albir was easy to get to driving up the AP 7. The hotel was perfect for our needs. We had a great trip.
The hotel was well taken care of, clean and lovely personal and the spa was good. We go for spa and a relax weekend and in october it was perfect. I think in summer it have been to much people and "alive" in the area for those that need relax.
This hotel was perfectly situated for my needs. Breakfast was simple, yet just what you need to get going in the morning. Service and cleanliness was very good at the hotel. Will for sure use this hotel again, and recommend to friends.
Really great location just 20m from the albir beachfront lovely views in the morning and evening. Good size and has all the facilities. Massive TV and WiFi. Owner really nice and personally showed us around.
we didn't eat at the hotel as lots of restaurants were nearby and our friends have never been to albir before and we only had limited time to visit so many places ,the location was excellent.
Beautiful apartment with everything you could ask for in L'Albir, minutes walking to the beach, nature trails, and downtown. Hosts are very accommodating.
Would definitely stay again.
The owner met us at the apartment with the keys. And we had a plesant stay, the apartment was lovely and very close to central Albir. The wievs from apartment is great.
