Everything you could possibly want and need was provided for within the grounds, even a doctor which we needed for our daughter.

Port Ghalib was a small port town that has transformed into a touristic place. Not much to see, a nice marina and a small promenade. Famous restaurant/club "Hakuna Matata", led by Polish owners, attended by known artists and bands - worth coming by. Few cafeterias and souvenir shops and that's all.

after dinner is nice to take a walk to the port and stop to drink at the bars. enjoy the nice climate and and listen music.
visit the many shops along the inner streets. where you can find parfums souvenirs of every kinds.
all people you meet are sociable but non intrusive, the walk is always pleasantly interrupted by these stops in which the various products are offered in a kind way.

To resume those wonderful 7 days in Port Ghalib Marina...
To resume those wonderful 7 days in Port Ghalib Marina Resort, I would say it felt like home.
The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, the room was tidy and clean every day, provided with very good food options, the space at the reception is gorgeous specially at evenings before dinner with live music. I will definitely go back.
The beach with the coral was so amazing to me, that I couldn’t get out of the water to enjoy the rest of the resort, such as the swimming pool, gym and other facilities. I felt part of the family at the “Wonderful Dive”.
A big shout out to some members of the staff: Ibrahim from the reception, Fahzer at the towel desk at the beach always so careful, Antonio from the Italian restaurant, and so many more who showed professionalism, kindness and dedication in the past week.
I see you all very soon. :)

Large and beautiful hotel.
Large and beautiful hotel. Public spaces, pool, bars, restaurant look gorgeous and luxurious. Food is OK compared to other Egyptian hotels. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Very close to the Marina complex with some shops, bars and restaurants.
Apart from the beach, pools, water sports and diving there is not much going on in Port Ghalib and surroundings.

Room was nice, clean and a good size. Softer pillows were provided on request. Cleaned well every day. Drinks - alcohol; spirits of poor quality so stuck to (very weak) cocktails, wine which was just ok and beer which varied in quality. Fresh squeezed orange juice and good coffees available for breakfast. Food was ok, a wide choice although little different from one restaurant to another. Pools good, beach ok for sunbathing and paddling but for several days plagued by sandflies - not the hotel's fault but we had to abandon the beach for two days as they were quite bad. Staff were good making a real effort to be friendly and helpful. Reps selling spa treatments and trips were too persistent, and the line "where are you from?" became very old!
Everything was great the stuff are so welcoming and professional specially Mr rady Sleim from the reception he welcomed us offered us a drink and made sure to arrange everything for our comfort although we had some complications with our booking he did his best to fix everything as soon as possible and we are so thankful for that .. would like to also mention mr Hossam from the restaurant Mr ahmed basiony from the pool bar .. I would definitely recommend the property for anyone who is considering trip to Marsa alam

First of all, I did read a lot of reviews of this hotel, and I believe many people expected high end while they didn’t pay & book high end! The hotel meets expectations perfectly, staff is outstanding friendly and helpful, breakfast is more than enough, we had dinner once and it was better than any other 5* all inclusive I’ve stayed so far in Egypt! Rooms were spacious, cleans, we had all we needed! We had a 3 night stay and it was just fine! Would book again!
Everything here was amazing starting from arrival till departure and the staff were very helpful and cheerfull.
Special thank should goes to Mr mina reception manager who facilitated everything during my stay and offering many things for me i'd like to meet him soon again,

Staffs is so amazing, give good, sevice and friendly. This time is my first time in 3 years after Covid to stay again in this hotel, staff at front desk Mr.Ibrahim still remember me and upgrade room for me... Tganks, so much.

Large number of sunbeds. Several pools, 2 comfortably heated in winter. Nubian style rooms, nicely decorated. Very good food, well organized service, attentive waiters. All orher staff perfect, ready to help, smiling, greeting. 2 coral molo's. Great public accessible beach 1 km north of the hotel with amazing corals and tranquil water.
Mohammed, Mina, and Bishoy were so helpful at the reception desk and within the check-in process to accommodate our requests and follow up on our needs throughout our stay. Our stay didn't start on the right foot but they quickly worked tirelessly to change things around for the best. Customer service is taken seriously in this resort.

Almost everything! The staff are very friendly specially Ahmed the receptionist who got me in and out of the hotel. He was the first impression and it was amazing.. Not to mention the other reception staff too they were great! And the animators are a all a great vibe!

The apartment is right in the sleepy town of Port Ghalib. You can see desert and a bit of sea from the balcony. It's a really quiet place bth day and night. So, it was good for rest after a long flight.
