we extended our stay at this apartment and Ahmed the owner was very kind and flexible and accommodating as we were were still deciding on our plans.
The place is to find and a great spot to order food from using talabat. We didn’t have any food delivered or calling Uber to get to places. Gateway Mall is leisure 15 minutes walk. The apartment has all that amenities that you need. and also very big with plenty of sleeping options and a big lounge for children to play in and adults to work on the big desk.

Everything was perfect, starting with the host. They are super friendly, always responsive, and flexible. They facilitated a smooth check-in and provided excellent service whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Their great communication and amazing facility even made us extend our stay.
The flat is super clean, tidy, and very well-equipped. It has everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to an iron and a spacious closet to fit all our belongings. They even welcomed us with a thoughtful package of nuts and chocolate.
As for the location, it's just a few minutes' walk from the East Courtyard, where you can find everything you need, from restaurants to shops and supermarkets. I can't recommend them enough; the value for money is truly worth it.
