Everything about it from, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beach and pools were amazing. The view and prestigious lobby. The animation team were really good! The breakfast variety was stunning.

Slow dinner service: The dinner options are great and reasonably priced, but the service is again very slow. 8. Average bread quality: The bread provided at the resort is considered average and nothing to be proud of. 9. Presence of flies: Flies were a constant presence at the resort, which may have been unpleasant. 10. Temperamental TV in the restaurant: The TV in the restaurant was reported to be unreliable. 11. Efficient room service: The room service, particularly Bahgat, was efficient and paid attention to detail. 12. Polite and efficient staff: Botros and Mr. Esmat from the restaurant, as well as Mina, Corolos, and Mohamed Dahab from the front desk, were professional, helpful, and provided service with a smile. 13. Overall average experience: While the staff members are praised, the resort is considered to be in an average spot. 14.
