The staff is very friendly. Really nice location, close to the market and the main road but yet also very quiet. A cute and intimate hotel, it was quite clean. There is a really nice terrace with a view of the mountains. The hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Tropitel oasis was an awful hotel which made my experience very bad. The all inclusive package was not all inclusive everything was with extra charge, food is not clean, rooms were not clean, staff was not helpful at all. I don't recommend tropitel oasis to anyone. If you are going to dahab find a better hotel!

We didnt like the food in resturants. Dogs and cats every where ib the markets in the cafes in the resturants.
Food is really bad. We suffered to find tasty food.

Dahab is a gorgeous coastal town not very popular with English tourists, which is nice for those looking to escape Brits abroad! But almost everyone spoke English and menus in restaurants were also in English with plenty of options. However, alcohol can only be purchased at the hotel and liquor stores not in restaurants, but they don't mind you bringing your own! The town felt safe and clean and the beaches and coral reefs were amazing. We got in and out of town via taxi which was easy to do through the hotel we stayed in and cheap.
This felt like a true escape. The local people are some of the kindest and friendliest I have met. My partner, female, who was nervous to travel to this country, had a lovely time. She felt she could wear what she wanted and was treated with courtesy and respect, even more so than she experiences in England.
The weather is hot and can be guaranteed. You can take part in almost any water sport and snorkelling and scuba diving as well as glass bottom boat trips if swimming is not for you. If you want a hot, relaxing holiday with plenty of activities Dahab is the place for you.

The weather was beautiful (end of April stay) with a wonderful breeze. There was plenty to do in terms of excursions. Very friendly people and hospitable. The sea was amazing and the vibe generally was great. I felt safe and I will definitely return.

The location , the beach and the sea are gorgeous . However , some of the staff are undertrained on how to be genuinely cordial towards guests . Restaurant offers a variety of food but doesn’t cater for vegetarians . I particularly like the coffee machine which serves all kinds of coffee at the press of a button . Cleanliness is very good
From the easy check-in with some mango juice freshly squeezed, to the incredibly attentive staff, especially Nasser who was first-class from start to finish, the stay was incredible.
We received an upgrade with sea views, the room was spacious and cleaned impeccably every day. The hotel has a little beach area where one can sit, enjoy a coffee in almost isolation, and feel the sea breeze.
What's more, the breakfast, included in the price, was the best I've had at a hotel, and I've been to many..... 5 stars all round!
Well, for Dahab, the place is good because in Dahab they depend on the primitive nature… The hotel was good and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was great. Sitting at night by the sea was one of the most wonderful times in Dahab The place is characterized by complete calm and brings comfort to the soul.
Special thanks to Mahmoud, one of the most wonderful and most helpful people and Chef Ibrahim Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the second chef they are all friendly.

Clean and reasonably sized rooms. Nice beach at the lagoon. Nice pool with bar. Hotel area very well maintained and very clean. Nice entertainment team. Good diving school and surfschool at the beach. Most staff reasonably friendly. Breakfast ok, with large buffet selection. Dinner good, with large buffet and grill. Late check-out option available ($30). For Egyptian standards this hotel is definitely good, but to international standards this hotel may be average.
The hotel is clean and quiet. We had almost the whole place to ourselves and we got treated very personally.
One night we got to dinner too late, and the owner saud stood in the kitchen himself and cooked for us so that we don’t have to drive to eat.
Mustafa and Mohammad and all of the staff were very kind and the place have a high demand for service.
We got treated like friends, and will come back again to stay here every time we will be in Dahab.

The breakfast is fresh, tasty, and has something from everyone. The staff are attentive and friendly.

After staying in many different types of accommodations in Dahab (including some of the higher-end resorts), we can confidently say that Planet Oasis is our new home base!
This is a great place for people who don’t need much except good company and a bed. I felt like home and family after a few weeks and would always come back to Charlie House if I stayed in Dahab again. The Manager is a very funny guy who connects the guests with each other. You can meet people from all over the world but there are also a lot of egyptians so you can dive into their culture as well. strongly recommend!

Amazing experience at this hotel. The stuff is great, very helpful in every request, especially the receptionist Mohammad, we really felt home and we were sad to leave. Shams hotel was the perfect place to discover Dahab! Very friendly and helpful stuff, starting from check-in, activities they arranged for us, free bikes they offered us, and even helping with whatever needed during our stay!

Excellent people. Most modern rooms in dahab. Five minute walk to the main hub. Everything works which in Egypt is high praise indeed. Roof terrace is also fantastic and the owners and managers fun people to hang with.
It's Dahab bay not new dahab. The title on booking made me confused, also, the communication with the hotel was hard because there's only one number.
