The reception renouvations are very nice. The breakfast is good. the beach is perfect. Pools are not crowded since it was off-season.

Polite and efficient staff: Botros and Mr. Esmat from the restaurant, as well as Mina, Corolos, and Mohamed Dahab from the front desk, were professional, helpful, and provided service with a smile. 13. We really enjoyed staying at the Chalet. It was quiet, had a beautiful garden and spacious veranda. Well designed rooms with all necessities and plenty of comfortable seating. The season had not yet started in the village, which was good for us as we wanted quietness. The pool was not yet open but we did not mind because we wanted to sea, not the pool. We especially enjoyed doing barbecue in the evenings. Communication was easy and the owner was flexible to let us check in early so we could travel before the heat.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of egypt & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent.
