The reception renouvations are very nice. The breakfast is good. the beach is perfect. Pools are not crowded since it was off-season.

Presence of flies: Flies were a constant presence at the resort, which may have been unpleasant. 10. Temperamental TV in the restaurant: The TV in the restaurant was reported to be unreliable. 11. Efficient room service: The room service, particularly Bahgat, was efficient and paid attention to detail. 12. Polite and efficient staff: Botros and Mr. Esmat from the restaurant, as well as Mina, Corolos, and Mohamed Dahab from the front desk, were professional, helpful, and provided service with a smile. 13. Overall average experience: While the staff members are praised, the resort is considered to be in an average spot. 14. Very nice villa, amazing and responsive host…we have really enjoyed our time.

We really enjoyed staying at the Chalet. It was quiet, had a beautiful garden and spacious veranda. Well designed rooms with all necessities and plenty of comfortable seating. The season had not yet started in the village, which was good for us as we wanted quietness. The pool was not yet open but we did not mind because we wanted to sea, not the pool. We especially enjoyed doing barbecue in the evenings. Communication was easy and the owner was flexible to let us check in early so we could travel before the heat.

The villa has a wonderful private view and has all the stuff we may need. It's quiet and very suitable for families and friends gathering. I like that it has 3 ACs and they are very helpful for summer. The owner is helpful and provided us all what we need during our vacation. The staff in the village is kind and helpful. The beach is sandy and clean. The pool is wonderful and suitable for multiple ages.
