    The bay is OK.

The bay is OK. Due to the windy weather most of the time it was quite sandy and the water where one enters to snorkel, but the reef itself was nice. Abu Dabbab, just 35km further south, is significantly more beautiful.

This location is best for snorkeling and diving lovers, if you want to enjoy just sandy beach or have very small kids, I suggest another location as this one is surrounded by coral reefs. Sandy beach is small and crowded.

    The resort was amazing.

The resort was amazing. The restaurants staff, entertainment staff, cleaning staff and reception staff were all friendly and ready to help in any way. The location is remote, there are a few excursions available but otherwise don't the area surrounded by other resorts. But if you like snorkelling, this is the place to be! We are already talking about our next visit!

    Wonderful resort overall.

Wonderful resort overall. Well located near the airport and in front of Coraya Bay which is beautiful with lots of sea life to watch with a simple snorkeling even in low waters. The only things I feel they could and should improve, given the otherwise excellent general level: the food quality and service at the beach bar; pasta at the main restaurant (shouldn’t be already totally cooked to then get heated in hot water as requested, that’s not cooking pasta, that’s killing it- not to mention the sauces); most sellers at the local shops are too pushy, they should stay on top of that. À la carte restaurants impossible to book during the entire stay (10 days) for several reasons; free Wi-Fi signal weak and unstable even at the reception (it improved the last two days, after what looked like an update of their platform).

Area is mainly for relaxing or diving. Mainly hotels.

Area is mainly for relaxing or diving. Mainly hotels. We did not went out from the complex. Main purpose was diving Marsa Alam airport is really close by. Taxis can be arranged by the hotel or through a few providers in the area. We drove from Hurghada airport (2:30 to 3hrs). Is worth the drive if you are staying there for a week. You have also Port Ghalib nearby.

Pro's: - Clean accommodation. - Variety in food. Con's - Terrible staff, not only general but management as well. They don't speak English, nor show any interest in their guests. Questions or requests are never heard because they simply don't understand you. (knotting "yes yes", but have no idea what you're asking) - No WiFi in the accommodations, only in the lobby. - Very noisy accommodation. So never go here with small children or babies. Staff & management yell through the hallways when they are there fixing stuff or are there for some other reason. We had to ask them a few times to be more considered. - "Entertainment crew"..... Well.... Again, no English. - The waterpark is located in a nearby hotel, not on the premise itself as the photos are suggesting. (and they tried to charge us extra for it...) In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this accommodation. All of the features are better equipped/organized in other accommodations

We enjoyed there the view ,it's really amazing also all rooms designed to have a sea view. We liked that everything was connected and near each other. We felt that time was so short to experience everything there. The food there is so tasty. Animation team are so nice and enjoyable. Aquapark is so enjoyable for old and young people. Few steps there, and you could dive or snorkeling to see wonderful colored fish and coral reefs. You don't need to go anywhere else ..

The location was only surpassed by the quality, style, cleanliness of the wonderful hotel, and by the incredible hospitality experienced throughout our stay. Special thanks to the Restaurant Staff and Manager Tamir, which made sure our fond memories of this place could also be remembered by taste, their attention to details and unending ability to surprise us with ever new flavours left us speechless and wanting to return!

The best hotel in Egypt I have been to so far. Excellent food, clean rooms, very friendly staff and a variety of attractions during my stay. I was there with my 4-year-old son and honestly, we felt like we were at home. Everyone from the personnel is willing to help you. Additionally, if you’re from Poland, then Renata (an Egyptian lady) speaks fluent Polish and is always happy to help. Highly recommended!

Excellent location; the staff was very friendly and supportive. On Saturday, we left at 4:00 am for a daily trip to Luxor, and they provided us with a pocket breakfast. We returned to the hotel at 11:00 pm and found a cold supper with club sandwiches in the room. In two days, we also had a buffet dinner and breakfast, which were both excellent. Highly recommended

We absolutely loved the resort, which is modern, sleek design and meticolously maintained. Beautifully designed gardens and pools, excellent facilities and restaurants. We've been eating every day at the beach restaurant, where the staff took care of us brilliantly. Mr. Omar Akel at the reception assisted us with every little necessity we had.

The hotel was amazing. I got an upgrade to a room with both the scenery of the swimming pool and the beach. The staff were pretty nice, caring and helpful. Activities in the hotel were quite versatile and entertaining. Also, the beach has all the beautiful aqua life that does not wanna make you explore anything outside the hotel.

Everything was wonderful. What we loved most was the polite and professional treatment of the staff, starting from all the reception staff from the first stop we arrived at, to the staff working in all the hotel, especially the restaurant. It was a very special trip, and the hotel I highly recommend.

Several resorts share a bay. Beautiful grounds, good food. There is a lot going on. Lots of families with small children. All inclusive, including beer or ice cream in the afternoon. Reef with lots of fish (including schools) and colorful corals, but I didn't see any rays, turtles or sharks.
