Fantastic staff and service! Everyone did their best to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We received a complimentary room upgrade thanks to the amazing hotel manager. Our room service hero, Mahmoud, delighted us every day with different room decorations that kept my kids happy! I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, including a small stove and microwave, and some even have a washing machine. It's best to specify your preference in the comments when booking. The hotel also has a mini-market and pharmacy, which was very convenient.

Overall the trip was nice. However the resrurant people and the food need efforts to be more better. The food was not intersiting or wow . The personelle were not so kind with masked faces. No internet in the rooms was annoying us. Roomserivice doesnot come or bring water until we call. However the overall stay was not bad and the kids enjoyed the pools and aquapark. Hope next time the food is improved and the staff in the resturant become more kind and smily

6 being under-garments.

The people on the streets are intrusive, confrontational, and just won't leave you alone. Considering that (according to Wikipedia) there are more tourists than residents in Hurghada, it is extremely surprising how unfriendly the locals are outside the hotel complexes and the marina. Hurghada is a terrible place, and everyone is just focused on taking your money and scamming you. Even the nice pharmacist charges different prices. Never again. Or if I want to scuba dive again in the Red Sea (which really is beautiful), then I go straight from the airport to the diving ship and after the cruise is over straight back to the airport. There is absolutely no reason to see Hurghada or to spend money there.

Nice place, felt a bit like a city-sized resort. Good prices, but be ready to haggle a lot (prices for foreigners start at the 10 times or more the "local" price). People are friendly (sometimes too much) and are trying to get tips and scam you with the prices at every step - so, buyer be ware, and haggle always. Incredible sea, with the most amazing blue colors! Great food - really recommend eating at Gad restaurant and visiting the Marina.

We loved Hurghada, the people, food and environment were wonderful. It’s very family oriented, We wish we had more time to attend more activities, we packed as much as we could😁
All the taxi drivers were supportive and welcoming as well as their wider community.
The difference between Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada is more daytime activities and wind down in the evenings, Sharm El Sheikh it’s more night life. I seem to be more tired than their children at 2am they are still playing and full of energy 😁

I like hurghada, specially our teip to orange bay and go for snorkling in the red sea. We also go to marina bay it was really nice place to see sunset and hanging around, they have so many restaurants there and u can enjoy the view as well.
Aazing hotel, amazing staff. I never met so friendly and helpful staff ever, starts with reception, cleaners, waiters and the best were in AquaPark. All people here really enjoyed working here and welcomed us with a huge smile and willingness to help. We really recommend a stay here, rooms were big and clean, large variety of tasteful food, amazing salads and fruits. Fruit festival on beach... Most of time we spent in AquaPark, because its really worth it.
If you dont know where to stay in Hurghada, choose this hotel and you will not regret.

All staff is very friendly and helpful, hotel have many Entertainment options for kids and Adults such as mini disko, small battery cars, Amusement Park, aqua Park, kids cinema.

Moreover, we nominate this hotel which is more cheaper than 5 stars hotel and did not give you the same options or staff attitude or cleanliness or food variety and quality with at least double price.
Hotel facilities are Excellent. There are multiple of everything, restaurants, pools, seating areas, many salons and bars, even there are 2 aqua parks

Despite full capacity during my stay, I never felt the crowd.
Staff is very helpful, decent and professional, specially Rodaina at the reception, she was very helpful and professional and explained everything at the check-in and checkout was very quick.

We've had a great time in this hotel, the room is sooo cozy,and the view on the roof top is also worth to see. And the trip we've ordered at the front desk is also highly recommended, always with a good price and wonderful experience compared with some othe r offer in the outside. Massive pools and water slides. Great funfair after dark. Huge range of excellent food. Helpful friendly staff. About £1200 all inclusive for a family of 4 for 5 nights during school holidays was very good value I thought for a 5 star hotel. One of the cleaners made a brilliant elephant from towels and pillows that put a massive smile on my 9 year old daughters face. I don't think this place can ever feel crowded due to its size. A wonderful relaxing holiday.
Amazing view from the panorama bungalows seaside. The service was excellent and the chief of the service Yasmina was really friendly and knows about the service business. She was looking for us excellent and coordinate the team very well with a nice present. The highlight is direct access from the house to the sea. we had a great and really romantic time and if you compare to the Steigenberger hotels in Hurghada the difference of quality is amazing. 5 Stars
It's about 15 min away from Hurghada airport. We stayed only 1 night (because of late plane landing), before moving to a resort in Makadi Bay next day.
So, the Hotel looks good (maybe it was renewed/reshaped a bit lately). Had everything we needed.
It has a small beach (not sure if included or not - did not use).
Breakfast was good, found a few things to eat, had a coffee.
A hidden gem of tranquility in Hurghada. Excellent in all respects, in particular the service of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is also excellent and the hotel is spotless throughout. Prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend the Solymar Ivory Suites to anyone visiting Hurghada. You will not be disappointed.

The resort is breathtaking! Tons of activities to do. The food was amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and the hotel is great for those with disabilities. Had to extend my stay we loved it so much. Definitely will visit again.
