Fantastic staff and service! Everyone did their best to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We received a complimentary room upgrade thanks to the amazing hotel manager. Our room service hero, Mahmoud, delighted us every day with different room decorations that kept my kids happy! I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, including a small stove and microwave, and some even have a washing machine. It's best to specify your preference in the comments when booking. The hotel also has a mini-market and pharmacy, which was very convenient.

Overall the trip was nice. However the resrurant people and the food need efforts to be more better. The food was not intersiting or wow . The personelle were not so kind with masked faces. No internet in the rooms was annoying us. Roomserivice doesnot come or bring water until we call. However the overall stay was not bad and the kids enjoyed the pools and aquapark. Hope next time the food is improved and the staff in the resturant become more kind and smily

The people on the streets are intrusive, confrontational, and just won't leave you alone. Considering that (according to Wikipedia) there are more tourists than residents in Hurghada, it is extremely surprising how unfriendly the locals are outside the hotel complexes and the marina. Hurghada is a terrible place, and everyone is just focused on taking your money and scamming you. Even the nice pharmacist charges different prices. Never again. Or if I want to scuba dive again in the Red Sea (which really is beautiful), then I go straight from the airport to the diving ship and after the cruise is over straight back to the airport. There is absolutely no reason to see Hurghada or to spend money there.

Nice place, felt a bit like a city-sized resort. Good prices, but be ready to haggle a lot (prices for foreigners start at the 10 times or more the "local" price). People are friendly (sometimes too much) and are trying to get tips and scam you with the prices at every step - so, buyer be ware, and haggle always. Incredible sea, with the most amazing blue colors! Great food - really recommend eating at Gad restaurant and visiting the Marina.

All the taxi drivers were supportive and welcoming as well as their wider community.
The difference between Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada is more daytime activities and wind down in the evenings, Sharm El Sheikh it’s more night life. I seem to be more tired than their children at 2am they are still playing and full of energy 😁

I like hurghada, specially our teip to orange bay and go for snorkling in the red sea. We also go to marina bay it was really nice place to see sunset and hanging around, they have so many restaurants there and u can enjoy the view as well.
Everything is Excellent specially Mr. Ahmed , Mr. Karim and reception manager in check in and check out.
All staff is very friendly and helpful, hotel have many Entertainment options for kids and Adults such as mini disko, small battery cars, Amusement Park, aqua Park, kids cinema.
Actually we enjoy our stay in Golden Beach resort.
Moreover, we nominate this hotel which is more cheaper than 5 stars hotel and did not give you the same options or staff attitude or cleanliness or food variety and quality with at least double price.
Hotel facilities are Excellent. There are multiple of everything, restaurants, pools, seating areas, many salons and bars, even there are 2 aqua parks

Despite full capacity during my stay, I never felt the crowd.

It was already late at night when we arrived in Hurghada. Thank you to the hotel staff for their patience in explaining and serving us. The boss and staff here, are very welcoming and gave us a meticulous service attitude. In addition, the entire building is right next to the Red Sea, with extremely beautiful scenery. Staff customer oriented, gym better than a fitness park even the 4 and 5 stars hotels I went in have not that equipment. Private beach with a cheap beach bar. The see view is mind-blowing. Rooms are big and comfortable. The Spa is also really nice and the food is good and diversified, they always have Egyptian specialities and more continental food. Honestly this could have been a 4 stars hotel and have the best value for money I saw. A really good experience here !

A hidden gem of tranquility in Hurghada. Excellent in all respects, in particular the service of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
