I did not have high expectations before arriving to Tõravere — it was the only affordable accommodation in the vicinity of Tartu during the highly popular weekend with several international events in town, so we opted for the closest place within our budget. But... It's very easy to get to by car, it was easy to access the apartment, which itself was well heated, and equipped with all the basic necessities. Would recommend!

Not quite sure why they call themselves a motel - this place cold easily go under name design hotel or similar. Situated in an old building with rooms being decorated accordingly. Lady at the reception was very helpful. There is no staff in the hotel after 7pm so walking around the premises feels more like you would be visiting a friends house, than staying in a hotel. If you arrive late, it is still possible to get in, as there is an option to get your keys from a locker.
