This property was quite good for the money maybe a bit retro but I didnt mind. Overall had everything needed and breakfast was really good and fulfilling.

If you like to enjoy nature you might visit Sangaste. There is a dendrological park 3 kilometers away from Rukki Maja. Recommended in summer, of course. It is close to the Castle which you also can visit or even stay there. If you like skiing, mountain or cross country, then go towards Otepää or Kuutsemäe by car. Also there has been a cross country skiing track from the Castle to Kääriku through many years. In summer use a bike to enjoy the nature.
