The staff were amazing. They were there to help with anything you needed from getting taxis to places you wanted to see or any information on things to do and see.
The gardens are beautiful, well maintained. Outdoor areas are great, heated pool outside, the sauna and jacuzzi areas are nice. Restaurants very pretty and really good food, excellent service.
The area where our room was located, called La Ronda, which is a replica of the street in Quito that is an old colonial neighborhood was very pretty!

We had quick overnight between Galapagos and Amazon and this hotel was a lovely little oasis. We wished we had longer to stay and enjoy the facilities. The staff was very accommodating, getting a very last-minute masseuse for an individual in our party who was having a lot of leg pain. The restaurant staff handled our large party well and we had a very good meal. The hotel grounds were lovely.
I really liked the family run hotel. They take pride in their place. They went out of their way to make our stay great. The hotel is different and that is what makes it an experience. They have a farm of rescued animals. They were a blast to interact with.
They also have a fantastic restaurant. They will pick you up from the airport.
Wondeful stay - the hotel was gorgeous (and super quiet despite proximity with the airport), the food good and the staff really lovely and patient with my limited Spanish. This was a great place for R&R, would absolutely stay here again! There were also llamas and a bunch of other animals on the grounds, which was really nice.
Breakfast, (eg, yogurt, fruit, eggs, bread) was fresh and nicely prepared. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location is about 20 minutes from the international airport and a good option to staying in Quito. The grounds are expansive and lovely with trails to walk and places to relax outside.
Communication from the hotel was fantastic, the shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and made the room extremely good value. The grounds were lovely and the restaurant on site was just what I was looking for as I got in late and was departing early.

The location was good for access to the airport and places outside of central Quito. Our original reserved room was not very satisfactory. However after being moved to a much larger room with a courtyard view we were quite a bit happier.
The food was acceptable, if on the slightly expensive side.
Amazing place with beautiful gardens and views. The owners and staff couldn't have been more friendly or welcoming. It is conveniently located about 15 min from the airport and the hotel arranges for transportation. This is like an oasis, and a wonderful place to stay for a day or two.
Breakfast is plentiful and cooked to order. Rooms are immense and comfortable, bathroom ver nice, decor is Ecuadorian and lively. Hammocks outside for relaxation. Lodge is beautiful and homey. The people who own, work and stay here are friendly. Staff very helpful.
A fantastic overnight stay near quito Airport. The staff were incredible, always happy to help. The location was fantastic, a countryside oasis. Would highly recommend a visit. I was tempted by the Wyndham airport hotel but I am very glad I chose this resort.

Free airport shuttle (just 20 minutes from the airport), quiet location, very helpful staff, good breakfast. We didn't try the restaurant but walked to Puembo instead which is a friendly little town about 1 km away from the hotel.
