The hotel was clean and quiet and had good amenities. We enjoyed using the pool and the breakfast that was included. I booked and made the mistake of not checking that the price online included everything so was surprise when at check in it was higher but they did explain to me price did not include taxes and it did say on the website not quite clearly but I hadn't noticed.
Hosts were welcoming and great.
The beach right outside wasn't quite nice as hoped but Olon beach was a 7 min drive and is a family friendly beach and was lovely.

The host was very attentive and our requests were handled in a timely manner, ie. cleaning, fresh sheets and towels. The room was very clean. The air conditioning worked great. The property and gardens were very well maintained.

The location and price is great. The common kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer was also great to have.

Ellen and her family are the kindest hosts you could ask for! They were very communicative and helped us get to the accommodation, as well as helping us once we were there. Accommodation was clean and it feels like a very safe place. For anyone traveling from oversees - Ellen asks for a 50% deposit which you need to transfer via a payment service. This is normal for Ecuador and you can trust her :-). Olon and the beach is amazing, great surfing any many cute cafes. Would recommend!
This is not a lux resort but quite adequate for my needs.
This is not a lux resort but quite adequate for my needs. Clean, safe, small variety (But plenty unless you are maybe staying longer than a couple of weeks) of good restaurants though many do not open until early evening. Love the uncrowded beach.

Not the slightest bit crowded. Some really good restaurants, nice wide, long beach. Umbrellas and chairs to rent already set up on the beach. Drinks and cabana restaurants right on the beach. Olón is very compact and easily walkable,

Olon is a small, fairly quiet village, a short taxi or bus ride from the surfer & party town of Montanita. It has many restaurants on the beach & in the village that cater to several different cuisines & budgets!

A nice quiet hostel in Olón. Very close to the beach - less than a 5 minute walk. Also close to restaurants etc. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had a hot shower. The bed linen was changed during our stay. Strong wifi and a large communal kitchen for cooking.
Nice hotel for staying in Olon. The ocean is in 30 meters. You can hear the sound of the ocean in your room. Very taste breakfast. Nice service of the staff, we had an issue but it was solved next day. You can lend a hair drier at the reception
