The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and spoke English, especially Wesley. Check-in was exceptionally smooth, and he gave us a detailed tour of our accommodation. I love the decor and ambience. Very natural and afro-centric theme with superb lighting.
The third floor provides a nice view of the Santo Domingo city. There's a nice restaurant close by, less than 1 minute walking distance. The hotel also boast a coffee shop on the ground floor.
