The suite was very clean and had a small refrigerator and microwave as well as a lovely veranda to sit outside and enjoy the birds and majestic views. I traveled solo and felt very safe while staying at the Classique. The staff always made me feel welcome on the dining patio and even sat to socialize from time to time. I enjoyed all of their varied personalities they all were very personable and accommodating with my pre-requests for meals and tour suggestions.

The staff did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. They were fiendly & personable yet respected our privacy. There was a bakery next door so it was easy to get bread. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful & serene just like the area. Fruit trees all around which we had access to. Never had problems with water or electricity. They also hv rental vehicles available @ reasonable prices

Kevin is super friendly and helpful. It is relatively close to the airport so convenient when you arrive / depart late evening or early morning. Breakfast is really nice with fresh banana and Mango and more. Kevin also cooked me a nice dinner on arrival. Ypu have a room in Kevins house and you share toilet shower etc with Kevin and other guests. No airco but a good fan. Kevin arranged a car to pick me up from the airport.

Serenity Lodges Dominica is a 10 minutes’ drive from Melville Hall Airport, next to the rainforest reserve. It offers hiking tours and snorkelling trips.

Location was good. I only stayed there the night because I was in transit to another island but it was ok. The property is beautiful when I looked on my way out. The owners were pleasant.

It's a decent size, clean, comfortable, the host was very nice, she is a good host. Just some suggestions: The lamp over the bed is a bit dim and I would definitely put bedside lamps and the second bedside table. The kitchen appliances need some updating (the can opener, the pots and pans). Also would be good to have salt, pepper and some oil for the guests. I definitely recommend this place. It's great value for money - one of the best places on the island in its price range.
