We only stayed one night during a bike tour in transit. For a longer stay, a more extensive kitchen equipment would be desirable

I received a message from the hotel when I reserved on August 7th. message stated that I would find a key in an envelope with my name on it. this was definitely not the case. No key to my room was waiting for me as promised. I took a picture of the only envelope there that was not in my name and contained 6 keys. i would be happy to provide you with a picture of the envelope. I tried to message the hotelier via your app. I did not stay at the hotel. I have been ripped off and would like to know what I can do to obtain a full refund? what is the procedure for this? 10 m2 in the attic with sloping walls is not much if there are two of you.
In the room there were 2 bunk beds - long and wide, a small table with an excellent work chair, fast internet and a lovely armchair! Perfect for my needs: One night stay for work!

The best place we stayed at during our 3 week vacation (and we sleep in a different place every night).
The house had a large parking space, a large private garden and plenty of space for everyone. The owner was very helpful and nice.
We also had a great time at the garden of the main house. The kids really enjoyed jumping and running around.
Nice hotel. Some rooms are sligthly better than others (carpet vs nice wooden planks). No tv in the rooms. Dogs are allowed.
Breakfast is fine. Lunch/dinner is possible and very delicious with local ingredients. We tried 3 dishes, all tasty (steak, chicken and pork breast). The pork breast had a very nice apple sauce.
The hotel position was lovely - in town. We were able to park our motorcycles within the confines of the hotel courtyard. The staff were really helpful and the restaurant/food were excellent.
Very nice building and interior. Authentic and cosy. Quite up-to-date and well equiped. One of the better hotels in this part of the world. Good restaurant, nice breakfast. Good beds.
