Lovely, pretty town. Lots of old, narrow, cobbled streets, with lovely flowers snd traditional rows of cottages. Lovely just to wander about and enjoy. Good cafes and restaurants, everything very clean and everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. So much to see, would love to come back for longer and explore the town and island more.

Rønne is one of many towns on the island, you can't come to the island without staying in Rønne, it's lively and where all the activities are. It has charming old houses and a beautiful small harbor. I definitely didn't stay long enough to discover the whole town.

It was too short but very interesting. Ronne Museum - great! Sea coast - awesome. Local food - best dairy, fish and meat. My recomendations - Cafe Gustav - salt stegt sild - local meal, very interesting taste. Cafe Munter - excellent coffe and bakery. Konditor Bager - no need to explain.
Avoid Strogets Spisehuz - despite good meals servise horable. At the beginning you will wait 15-20 minits(in almost empty hall), than owner(?) will look on you as on biggest enemy in his life, after finishing of meals you will wait another 20 minits until he will give you a bill. In my mind he must make an ad near the entrance - "Ronne residents only" because looks as he don"t like tourists.
Another disappointment - chocolate beer. Read a lot about this local unique. Nothing special, very average. Another local beers much more tasty.
In most restaurants necessary to make reservation for dinner - after 6 p.m. overfilled.
We were in November, it is not the best time but despite this our trip was nice.

Pleasant and busy town centre with nice shops and restaurants.
Travel (by hire car) was very easy as there is little traffic compared with roads in the UK. Eating out at Danish restaurants was very expensive, so for our last two meals in town we ate at the much more reasonable Italian restaurant just off the square.

Actually Roenne is so and so, my favorite was Hasle. The island is really beautiful and if you want to work out and spend some time in the strong salty wind, this is it. I loved it. Also, smoked fish rocks. The towns are so cuuuuuteeeee!!!!!! It's a lovely place.

Perfect location to explore the rest of the island - old town is beautiful
but you can do this in half a day. The beautiful big white church, alongside the towering white light house and the old town it is situated in is the highlight.
the location right in the center of Rönne. You can walk through the supermarket Netto to access the main city square where you find two good restaurants, Cafe Gustav and Cafe Munter that serves great food and drinks. Parking is free at the back of the hotel in a public parking with assigned area. Facilities are clean and breakfast was great. The rooms are located upstairs accessed by a steep staircase, no elevator. If you are disabled or elderly this would be a challenge. Otherwise a great stay!
Perfect localisation for me. Very close to the bicycle route, so it is also easy to ride to Ronne. It is close to the city, but it is also very close to the beach. And what a beautiful beach! The hotel itself is modern, spacy, absolutely comfortable, with a stunning breakfast. You might feel inside like in a conference center, so probably this is not a perfect pick for everybody, but for me it is one of the best hotels I have ever been to :)

- This was a bit of a strange hotel, with no staff, and only codes to get in to your room, but it worked well.
- It is quite basic, but you know this when you book, so I was fine with everything.

The hotel helped us check in an hour before the normal check in time and served us with breakfast before the normal time to accommodate our arrival and departure needs! Double thumbs up!! 👍👍
Location is great, right in the middle of Rønne and close to the ferry port! Room was clean and had plenty of amenities, plus some good views out of the window. Also, check in was at 1 PM instead of the usual 3 PM, which is good for early ferry arrivals.
The hotel is located conveniently, very close to the ferry terminal, walling distance from the city centre and has an amazing view. The restaurant offers a big variety for the breakfast buffet and has wonderful menu for dinner.
Beautiful location, peaceful, suitable for people whose brain and body want to relax. The hotel offers good hospitality, clean rooms, a place that must definitely go back again.
The Cherry Apartment was clean with all necessary equipment to prepare breakfast for our own.
