The front desk staff was amazing They answered all our questions and helped with anything we needed. They had welcome notes on our bathroom mirror and desk when we arrived. As we had a super early flight out the last day they provided us with snacks and waters for the road. The hotel was withing walking of so many places. We used Viator for excursions in the city and all pickups were very local

Copenhagen is a beautiful city!
Copenhagen is a beautiful city! The streets are clean, the buildings are incredible and there's a lot of history and things to learn. I highly recommend Copenhagen.
We went to Reffen Street Food Market by the sea, this was a lovely experience. We got the bus there and a taxi back. We also saw The Little Mermaid, the Round Tower, lots of palaces and castles, Tivoli World, National Museum, and I enjoyed everything. It was very easy to get around... we walked a lot and the bus and train systems were very easy to use. We only used their taxi service once or twice when we were out late.
We tried to keep things cheaper by getting light bites and going to the food markets.

It was lovely, but only had 2 full days there, would like to have stayed much longer. What we saw was great, but needed longer. It's eye wateringly expensive, go prepared. Went on lovely boat trip along the canals.
Definitely will go again, when I have saved up a lot more money🙃😀

Copenhagen is beutiful city.
Copenhagen is beutiful city. Even when it is quite expensiveit definitelly worth of. I recomend to visit some of many museum/galeries, Amager bakke, builing of opera, at leats one of the towers from where you can see the whole city at leats one of them is for free and street food market if it is opened, if it's not there are many street food stops which are opened whole year. I recomment to try Hot dog and Sandwich. Also you can also take a train/bus from Copenhagen to Malmo via Öresund Bridge, even traveling there is exciting experience.
The architecture of Coppenhagen, not just buildings and bridges but city itself, is really interesting. Bicycles and pedastrian first/city for people not for a cars...

Clean and safe. Very good public transportation.
Clean and safe. Very good public transportation. The airport is not far away.
Many attractions. Copenhagen is a walkable city. People are nice and helpful and speak English. Little bit expensive. Admitting fees are reasonable. Water is around you. The city of bicycles! Malmo is not far away. Public gardens are superb.
Breakfast - Best buffet breakfast i ever had, scrambled eggs were real not powdered. Great variety of foods. Pastries were fresh. one drawback, i drink decaf coffee, only had instant, ugh! think decaf is an american thing.
Location, direct bus to airport was only a 2 minute walk from hotel which was great. Cost on $3 per person. No mention of this in hotel lobby, bad move
The Red Hop on Hop off bus drove right by hotel. Wish i had bought a ticket on them.
Had a room on the 21st floor with a lake/city view. Absolutely beautiful
It is one the best stay I have ever had.
Alexandra Hotel is not so big but it is perfect!
First of all location was great! Just in the heart of Kopenhag.
Staff was so lovely and helpfull.
Room was big enough and clean.
Every evening between 17:00-19:00 there is free wine time and it is a great idea for guests. You can meet other hotel guests in the lobby talk or even you are alone have a nice time in the lobby with wine complimentary.
There was coffee machine in the room that what I always want from a hotel.
Location is excellent. In the city centre so can walk to all the local attractions, but also just next to the train and metro stations so can get anywhere easily, including to the airport. Staff were excellent and helpful (as they were on my previous stay). The hotel gives you a taste of Copenhagen and is designed in a modern minimalistic style that is attractive and trendy with some outdoor seating areas which are great when the weather is nice or to have an evening drink.
The hotel was perfectly located, at a 5 min walk from Tivoli Gardens and a 10 min walk from the city centre with shops and museums. We stayed for 5 days in Copenhagen and didn't use public transport at all, only travelled by foot or by cycling.
Even though the room had more of a vintage look to it, everything was very clean.
We weren't able to check-in early, but we were offered a room with enough space to place our luggage, that opened only by using a key card.
Location close to metro or train. The room on the train side is a little noisy, it is better to book a room on the opposite side. Breakfast is very good, fresh food every day, excellent cafe. The cleaning service is very good, but you need to add a tag to the door every time. The bed is perfect, the room is quite soundproofed. The reception desk staff will always find the best solution for your requests. Have used this hotel many times.
Not too far from city centre for sightseeing. Expensive but cheaper than most other hotels in Copenhagen. Very quiet on the top floor where the twin rooms with private bathrooms are, couldn't hear any other guests. Unsure if dorm room floors were as quiet, may have been noisy. Reasonably spacious room, clean. TV with screen share capabilities so we could watch Netflix etc using our phones to cast.
Well located hotel next to an underground station which links you to all main areas of Copenhagen. Breakfast was reasonable and the bar was lively enough at night. Room was good with a view over Copenhagen city centre although shower room was very small. Hotel has its own theatre although we did not take in a show. Plenty of amenities around hotel as well as a very nice park.
This hotel is located in a great area of Copenhagen - just a two minute walk from the train station and metro access. It’s also only a 15 minute walk into the city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and the rooms were beautiful. The bed was super comfy and spacious. Staff were very helpful and gave us lots of tips and recommendations when we arrived!
Beautiful modern hotel, city views. Good location to underground station (under 30 mins to city centre). Very nice breakfast, but little bit pricey. This is lovely 4 star hotel at cheaper price than 1/2 star hotels at the centre of Copenhagen
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The breakfast...... OMG, excellent! The best one!
They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Copenhagen.
Hotel Bella Grande is a gorgeous City Hotel, which is located in the city centre. All attractions are in walking distance and it’s the perfect to explore Copenhagen. The employees are beyond friendly and helpful.
A nice hotel on the outskirts of Copenhagen city centre. Nice bar in the reception area and a very nice garden area where you could have breakfast or a drink outside. A small but perfectly usable gym.
Nice hotel, nice location close to city centre and close to Central Station of Copenhagen. Roof Top Bar is always nice.
Felt clean, new, nice ambiance.
