Good location and easy to find with clear instructions. Secure space for our bikes and well equipped. Lovely balcony and it is handy for the shops on the street below. There is a double bed in its own bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom then twin beds within a living/dining room. It is spacious with seating to eat in both the kitchen and living space. Lovely outlook to trees at the back and the street at the front.

The location was so good that no matter what the time is, we could see around and be back to the hotel easily by using metro or train. The idea of serving coffee and tea during the whole day makes you feel like you will always be able to rest when you are back. We loved the city Copenhagen, looking forward to our next visit and it will definitely be again at this hotel.

Everything. The customer service was outstanding. We had a couple of issues with our room and were quickly re-located to another room, which was bigger.
All staff at the hotel were welcoming, very polite and accomodating.
The room was very comfortable and clean and the bed was great. Our room was cleaned and stocked very well each morning too.
It was in a fabulous location and so close to Nyhavn and restaurants etc.

The hotel is in a very good location if you want to explore Copenhagen. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned but comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very tasty with a huge selection of dishes. I definitely recommend it.
Located in the trendy Vesterbro District, 150 metres from Copenhagen Central Station, this family-run hotel offers accommodation in Copenhagen’s bustling city centre.
Old and overpriced. Woke up in the morning with bites all over my body. It’s very cold outside, so I assume it wasn’t mosquitoes.
Very basic room, dirty mattress cover with yellow staines. Was only checking as I woke up with all these bumps. Not pleasant.
Very nice, clean, well-equipped and spacious ground floor appartment with a small sitting area in front of the entry door. The key was "handed over" via a keysafe so it was no problem that we arrived later in the evening. We could park our car on the street for free. The public transport between Charlottenlund and Copenhagen is very good (Charlottenlund -> Noerreport Station in Copenhagen: 13 minutes ride with the metro). It took us a 10 minutes walk to get to the metro.
The room was on the small side and the bathroom tiny. For those who have difficulty climbing no lift esoecially to the 2nd floor.was a challenge. The hotel itself is lovely, the personnel very helpful and accommodating. The food first class. A great place to stay,
