The location was so good that no matter what the time is, we could see around and be back to the hotel easily by using metro or train. The idea of serving coffee and tea during the whole day makes you feel like you will always be able to rest when you are back. Everything. The customer service was outstanding. We had a couple of issues with our room and were quickly re-located to another room, which was bigger. All staff at the hotel were welcoming, very polite and accomodating. The room was very comfortable and clean and the bed was great. Our room was cleaned and stocked very well each morning too. It was in a fabulous location and so close to Nyhavn and restaurants etc.
