How long can I make this list? From the warmth of the welcome at reception, to the calm, smiling and ever courteous service at breakfast and the extremely clean room, the staff at the hotel cannot be faulted. They couldn't help enough and no question was too big or too small for them to offer an answer. I'd add that when they discovered it was our wedding anniversary, they even put a lovely card, message and chocolates in our room - a gesture which took our stay from excellent to exceptional.
Add to this the location - three minutes walk from the main station, walking distance from the centre of Copenhagen, as well as the upcoming Vesterbro district with its new restaurants and it's a 10 all round.
