Very good value for money! I had a clean and modern room, comfortable bathroom, large TV, easy access, there was a little kitchen in the corridor with a fridge and a microwave, cool drinks for reasonable prices in the vending machine

Such a pleasant experience, super friendly staff, easy check in process (and staff on the floor to help if needed), super conveniently located as we only had a one night stop and early train to catch. And the little lunch box surprise for the kid was very very much appreciated

My Germany is very poor but all the staff were very kind and spoke English to us. They explained everything clearly and we had zero problems. WiFi great.
Car parking is easy for a small overnight charge. There are some free spaces if you are lucky to find them empty when you arrive.

The room was comfy & clean. However check in wasn't clear or straight forward requiring a room code delivered by sms. Not good as phones were nearly flat after a long journey. Also tandem beds were something I hadn't come across before.
