This beautifully decorated apartment is large with a very comfortable bed, complete kitchen, living room, bathroom and washing machine. It's on the groundfloor, it's quiet, safe storage for the bikes in the courtyard. It even has a terrace out the back where you can sit with your breakfast or coffee and if you're lucky like us, you can spot a deer!

From the outside and in the reception area the hotel looks like it might have seen better days, but the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean and I had a nice view of the river.
The hotel itself is pretty standard but highly functional. The internet worked great including for my Zoom conference.
Location-wise it was perfect both for reaching the train station as I had a late arrival coming in and a really early departure going out, but also was really close to a bus station that could take you anywhere in Potsdam (the hotel staff will help you with the right bus routes and even day tickets for the bus).

Comfy stay. However, after staying a few nights in the best suite, we hoped the staff would be more helpful when our rental bike was stolen. Instead now they have sent us the full charges without even slight compensation or offer to find a solution. I expect to pay for the lost bike but also hoped guest services would be more accommodating in this situation.
Beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings only a 10min drive from Potsdam. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the hotel felt all in all very cozy and warm. The interior designers did a great job furnishing the hotel, it was very tasteful and classy. The breakfast buffet was very nice with many options, also for vegetarians. In the spa we enjoyed the Finnish sauna. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Cozy, warm and beautifully designed property on the ground floor, felt rather like a cottage stay than an apartment. Pictures don’t do it full justice - it feels like a lovely Mediterranean boutique hotel. The equipment is great, including plenty of utensils, lovely dish sets, candles, cleaning agents and anything one may need for a comfy stay. The stove is a really lovely detail.
The house is perfectly decorated. Because of my job and my love of traveling, I have stayed in many quality hotels and short-term rental apartments. It was the most equipped accommodation I have ever seen. Not only decoration but also all kinds of kitchen and hygiene materials were considered. I want to stay with my wife again as soon as possible.
A peace of paradise was at backyard of the hotel rooms. Unfortunately it was a bit cold when i was there otherwise i would lay on sunbets next to the lake. :)
