Walldorf is a sleepy little suburb of Heidelberg—nothing much to do there actually but very nice, clean, and quite. Heidelberg is only 10 min away so if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay and have the advantages of a bigger city nearby, Walldorf is the place. They have a nice city center and the people are very very friendly

A very calm and partially empty town, good for people who just want to go and relax without doing an activities.
No shopping Centers, not much restaurants and I'm not sure about the activities that could be done. I've stayed there for a week and had to go to heidelberg on weekends to find something to do or even people.
Location is right in the city of Walldorf and only 15-20min drive to Heidelberg. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even though our room was right next to the main street, it was quiet after midnight. Breakfast was nice (although I was a bit disappointed that there were no scrambled eggs; only the boiled ones). You need to download an app to open the door and we were a bit worried since we arrived late, but thankfully it worked.
The hotel is located in a residential area within a short walk from the village center. There are parking places just in front of the hotel in its premises. Upon arrival we received information about the hotel services. The room was nice with hard floor (no carpet), the breakfast offered a nice choice of food. We especially liked the sauna in the hotel!
Nicely renovated spacious and comfortable rooms, super friendly and accommodating staff who brought a glass of wine on arrival! The breakfast was very complete with everything fresh placed on the table.
The hotel is within walking distance of the major restaurants and bars in town. The location is very quiet and there is enough parking space available.
Service was super friendly and great! I visited this hotel as I competing in the German championship over this weekend and this hotel had a great offer and the location was also very near to the competition.
They let me eat my own self prepared food in their restaurant and they also warmed up my food!

Hotel is located in the center of Walldorf and everything is nearby. There is also a shuttle available to the SAP traning center.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff was everytime very kind and helpfull.

I stayed in this hotel several times. Every room that I got was very clean and comfortable. It has everything that you need and whatever request or question you have, if you send an email or a message, you will receive a kind response and all the needed information in a short time.
People are so nice and kindly. Place is so cozy. I felt that i am at home. Everywhere is so clean. Also location is one of the best location in Walldorf. Annnnd i highly recommended delicious food in hotel's restaurant.
My family stayed at Doernersches Haus on a nostalgic trip to Walldorf. It was a lovely haven in a beautiful town. Gorgeous old building with comfy bedding, tons of space, and wonderful ambiance.
Clean, spacious room and bath. Only 20 min walk to SAP and 5 min to Hauptstraße. Bus stop is in front of it.
And fresh breakfast buffet with all you need. Will come back for the next trip.
