We would have loved to spend more than just one night. Not only the hotel, the lady who was waiting for us was so lovely, attentive and friendly that she made us forget for a moment that all our trains back home (Tilburg) had been cancelled. The room was perfect and super comfortable, the bathroom even had hand cream!
When we woke up, we were treated with the same attention and friendliness. The people of this city are super friendly! We appreciate all the treatment of this curious and kind place.
Everything. I did not expect that the hotel would be so good! The location is easy to find by car, and there's a nice wide parking (no chargers for EVs though). A cheap supermarket is just 5 min away on foot. The room was clean, with everything you needed: comfy beds, a kitchenette, and all the dishes/pans/glasses. There were even free slippers included. I also liked that the hotel has digital locks, so no need to carry keys - you just need to remember the code and that's it.
The location of the hotel is really calm, and my room, under the roof, large and comfortable. The building is historical, with a lot of charm and a mesmerizing water wheel visible from the dining room. The restaurant was of good quality, and the employees friendly and helpful. All in all, a great night of stay on my business trip across Europe. I'll definitely stay there again!
Its in nice location with friendly staff who spoke English ,the room was clean ,powerful hot shower and comfortable beds. And excellent WiFi and hotel provide a bicycle for rent for me to get around .I had lovely ride through countryside. Its excellent location if you like cycling through countryside this is the place.
The hotel was easy to find and was a nice house/mill in a city environment. We had two rooms and these were relatively big. We enjoyed the breakfast abs the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel had smart thought about how to cope with COVID like contactless key transfer and payments.
I got stuck in Viersen and needed a hotel at 11:30 at night and voila! They saved me. The rooms are comfy and nicely organized and comfy style. I read about noise complaints but dis not experience it myself. It was plenty quiet on the road side with the window open.
The room is nice and clean, not just ikea style and furniture. The hotel is a bit old, but that's not a flaw to me, more to look like a real life thing.
