What a wonderful and peaceful oasis in a lovely village! We had a massive room with private balcony looking out over fields and trees. So idyllic. The public spaces are beautiful and cozy. This is the perfect romantic getaway.

It was a lovely spot! It was easy to arrive late—we just pet them know we were coming in after 10pm, and they left a key card and instructions for us in the key box. I do wish we had longer than the one night! Breakfast buffet spread was excellent, and the view from the patio outside where we ate was glorious. The staff was wonderful.

Beautiful accommodations with easy direct access to the SaunaLand. I like that the arm chip for entry to Saunaland was the same for the hotel room. Also, the robe was nice. The breakfast was well balanced and included Sekt.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacy. The shower was a hit difficult to place in the preferred height but all in all it was all a wonderful experience.

We were visiting the spa and this was a convenient location our of town.
The room was reasonably clean, the sower rail was broken but we still.managed to shower and the water was hot.
I would recommend the hotel for short visits, I would not recommend for children as the play area is a little tired and includes an abandoned broken boat that could be dangerous.
The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and the views great.
Overall it was satisfactory.
I think the staff made this a good stay. Also being able to collect the room card in the therme us a major plus when you arrive at the hotel so early as I did. Breakfast was good maybe having something like cooked sausage available would be nice but nonetheless good
Spa seemed nice but if course more for the winter etc.

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with great quality. It is located close to the station and the thermal bath, which is useful for traveling or going to the attraction. Its restaurant offers dinner and other restaurants are close by or in walking distance in the center of Bad Staffelstein.
cozy hotel. nice view from the balcony. the room is equipped with all kitchen utensils. the room had a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and a coffee machine. very nice host. breakfast is prepared for each room separately and is delicious. would come back here again.
The hotel is very small and not that new in design but this is what makes it very comfortable. It’s like a little family hotel in the alpes. The breakfast is very basic, that’s ok but if you are vegan there is no option you can choose.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Staffelberg the hill feature overlooking the area, with a church and a bar. The breakfast was superb in a room that had a brillant view and swallows flew past.
Good location near the spa at Bad Staffelstein and with great views of Banz Abbey.

It was a spontaneous fast stop on our way home. All was fine, room was clean, breakfast was unpretentious, but sufficient. The hotel located in a quite place.
The owner was so helpful and kind. The staff also were wonderful I highly recommend this hotel. It is not fancy, but had everything I needed and very clean.
